"I ASKED YOU WHERE THE HELL IS MY NOTEBOOK?!"I begin to tremble under Scorpio's piercing red gaze. I can't tell him that Gemma had it or that would put her and Virgo in danger.
"I-I don't know!!" I cry out, not knowing what else to say.
Suddenly Scorpio's eyes flash with pure rage and he grabs my throat with both hands lifting me off the ground and squeezing the air out of my lungs. I begin to desperately gasp and choke for air. Tears start welling up at the edge of my eyes from the pain.
"You're lying!!" He shouts, "IF YOU DON'T TELL ME I WILL KILL YOU."
It's against the rules to kill a god, he would be banished! S-so he wouldn't actually kill me right?? But the look in his eyes says otherwise. Oh no Aqua, if you don't think of something right now, you're done for!
The oxygen levels in my lungs grow critically low. My head starts to throb and I can feel unconsciousness drifting over me. I need air!! ...wait air! That's it!!
With a quick flick of the wrist, I watch as the roles reverse. An orb of water forms around Scorpio's head, essentially depriving him of oxygen. It's a dangerous use of my power but desperate times call for desperate measures and this is certainly desperate. He struggles to breath and finally lets go of me. Both of us drop to the ground, sputtering and gasping for air. I release Scorpio from my spell and he starts to inhale desperately. Droplets of water spray everywhere.
Before he gets a chance to try to kill me again, I stand up and bolt out of the room. After running down the long corridor, I glance over my shoulder. He doesn't seem to be following me. Thank Zeus.
I have to find Gemma and Virgo and tell them.

"Gemma!!" I shout upon entering the linguistics branch of the library.
Everyone around me puts a finger up to their lips and shushes me "shhhhh!!!"
"This is a library!" The elderly librarian sitting behind the counter reminds me.
"Ahh sorry!!" I bow apologetically. I look up and see Gemma and Vivi come out from behind the aisles of books and rush over to me.
"What's going on?" Gemma whispers.
"We have to give the notebook back!!" I say shakily. "Scorpio's too dangerous!"
"What are you talking about?" She raises an eye brow. I notice she has the notebook and a few library books tucked under her arm.
Vivi gasps and puts her hands over her tiny mouth in shock. "Aqua! Your neck! D-did he do that to you?"
I raise my hand up to my neck, realizing there must be a red mark and nod. "I'm afraid if he knows you two have his notebook...he'll come after you. That's why we have to give it back."
"Are you kidding me Aqua?! He has tried to kill you twice now! If there is any evidence in this notebook, we can use it to frame him." Gemma whispers harshly.
As Gemma is arguing against me, Vivi walks over to me and places her finger tips on the back of my neck while whispering a spell. I can see the faint glow of her pink aura at work and soon the soreness in my neck disappears. I give her a thankful smile.
"What I'm trying to say is, he's a criminal! And we need to get revenge!" Gemma wraps up her lecture.
I let out a deep sigh. What Gemma is saying makes sense. If we don't stop him, he might hurt other people. "Okay I guess. But if there's nothing in the book, we need to give it back." I negotiate. "How much of his notebook have you translated?"
Gemma and Vivi look at each other before giggling awkwardly, "The first sentence?"
I put my hand over my face frustratedly, "Well then we have a long way to go."

Working efficiently, we finish translating about the first ten journal entries before the we need to gather in the dining hall for dinner. We didn't find any evidence we could frame him with but what we found was definitely suspicious.
"What do you think he meant when he said power transferral? And that stuff about convincing the Elders?" Gemma questions curiously as we make our way to the hall.
Hearing the familiar term, I think back to a lesson from my Spells and Rituals class. "Well I don't know about the Elders, but power transferral is the transfer of powers and abilities from one body to another. It's a very complicated process and sometimes one or both individuals involved, die."
"Oh my Zeus, that's terrifying." Vivi says while holding onto her cotton candy-like hair. "What do you think he's going to do with something like that?"
"Nothing good, that's for sure."
The grand dining hall is bustling with conversation and the sounds of metal and glass clinking together. The ceilings are high with gold embellishments and dropping down from them are crystal chandeliers. In front of us are rows and rows of long tables with benches. We walk over to the table designated for horoscope guardians and sit down. In front of us are goblets of liquor and a variety of fruits, meats, vegetables, and sweets. I quickly notice that Scorpio isn't at the table and feel uneasy. It feels like I'm forgetting something important.
"Leo! You're intoxicated!! Put down the liquor."
"No way!" Leo laughs drunkenly, "I'm not losing to that big-horned woman!"
"Well I'm not even feeling buzzed. So keep them coming." Ari (Aries) responds confidently.
"You guys are making a mess!!" Pisces shifts away from them.
A mess? Haha my life is a mess. You know what else was a mess? The Elemental Training classroom after Scorpio and I had that awful fight. ...wait...OH NO I FORGOT ABOUT CLEANING FOR DETENTION!!
I get up in a panic and gather my belongings.
"Aqua, where are you going??" Vivi asks.
"I have to go back to detention. Ahh Chiron is going to murder me!!"
