Shadow stumbles down the steps. She is still looking at the sky when her friend Alex comes out. She drags Shadow back inside.
"What's the matter with you? You see that boy and you completely change what's going on." Alex tries to ask. She doesn't get a reply.
Shadow runs off. She runs outside and gets into her car. She drives to where she found Silver the first time.
She gets out of her car and starts to look around. She doesn't see him anywhere. She keeps looking when she sees someone sitting on a stone wall.
She heads over and as she gets closer she sees Silver hair. She starts to sprint towards Silver. Once she gets to him she hugs him from behind. He looks at her. He starts to stand but Shadow knew he was going to walk away so she grab him and pulled him back down.
"Please don't leave me. Please." She pleaded.
He sat back down. He kept his head down because he didn't want to be asked questions or anything. He just wanted to be left alone.
He tried to get up again but failed once more. Shadow was watching him. She could see he was upset over something but she didn't know if she should ask him or not. She opened her mouth to speak but Silver beat her to it.
"Ask what you want? It doesn't matter to me anymore if people know or not." He says in a depressed kind of voice.
"Well........What's the matter? You look depressed and you sound sad. Whats going on in your mind thats making you sad?" She asks. Silver was expecting her to ask about his wings and everything because she's human and doesn't know what he is or anything about it.
"Nothings wrong with me. I think there's something wrong with you though. Why didn't you ask about my wings or what I am?" He replied.
"I kind of already knew. Anyways, answer my questions." She looked straight into his eyes and could see confusion, disbelief, sadness, and something else she couldn't describe. He had shock plastered on his face. He went through all of the possibilities of how she could know when he got to one.
"Are you a hybrid?" He asked.
