After a few days of sneaking out of your house to meet Mandarin, you two eventually met up at an abandoned warehouse with various snacks. He was telling you about who he was. You learned that he worked for Skeleton King as his most loyal subject. You listened intently, curious about this strange boy.
"So...You say there was a time when you looked...Normal?" You asked him. He grimaced slightly and nodded. "Yes. There was a time when I didn't have this horrible appearance." He growled lowly. You gazed at him for a minute. "I think it looks cool..." His head snapped to look at you. "What..?" He seemed confused. "Yeah! You look like a total badass like this! It suits you!" You cheered. You never felt this happy before honestly. Saying he looked cool and badass somehow brought your mood up. He smiled slightly at you. "Thank you Y/N...That means a lot honestly." You leaned close and smiled. "Would you like to meet back here later tonight?" He asked. You pondered for a moment. "Sure. It'll be like a date." He blushed slightly and nodded before standing and helped you to your feet. He dashed off after a few moments, leaving you to head home and get ready.
