Zayla pov

Mother and I are at our new house... Mansion I mean Dad said he would buy us a house for Mom and I but his word for house means mansion.

Anyway Mom said I have to hurry and unpack my books and things like that.

I picked a room that was large and had little furnishing.

I went over to the book shelf with the book of books in my hands. I started to put books on the bottom and second to bottom shelf. Then I looked at the third shelf and saw a small button.

"What is this?" I said

I pushed the button and the book shelf turned around. I looked at my surroundings with my limiters off because I could sense a powerful magic in the room.

I started to walk down a path. I turned left and right still in the path but there was nothing here it all just went back to my room. I decided to walk down the path one more time just to make sure I looked at everything.

"Was this really just a zig zag path" I said putting my hand on the wall. The wall sank and I went into another path.

"This has got to be where the magic power is coming from!" I say walking down the path into a room.

I look around a saw a book. I went up to it and read it.

I was about to open the book but I heard mother calling my name through the walls.

I quickly found my way out and went to my room before she came back.
