Spread out wide
like a darkened blue blanket
She gazes from under it
With Bliss.
Inhaling the scent
of pine trees
Her nose itches
The wind brushes past
Its humming clear
soothing her
She can go on for miles
for years
for centuries
She can follow the constellations
within her heart
and travel endlessly
Her heart drums
It's nothing -
nothing compared to this world
She sips her milk
her eyes wide
stars reflecting in her eyes
Her red lips pull into a smile
as wonders drift
all around
Spread out wide
like a darkened blue blanket
She gazes from under it
With Bliss.
For she is lost no more
