"Ugh, newcomers." I say as I see 3 people about my age in human years come into the town that I am staying in as well as hiding. I sigh.
"Might as well check it out." I put my red hood over my head to hide my identity.
"So. Is this the village with all the killing?"
One of them say. It is a boy with messy brown hair and bright green eyes. He has simple armor, not fancy ones like the guards wear. Then, another boy next to the green eyed one, had light blue eyes, kind of neat but yet messy brown hair (a bit lighter brown than the green eyed boy), and the same simple armor as the other boy replied,
"Well it was also some of the neighboring villages and it looks like the killers are usually in this village."
"Wait, how do you know that it's more than one person? It could be just one person too right? I mean, you said killers."
Asked a girl with a nice blonde high ponytail. She had unusual violet colored eyes but I guess I'm not one to judge since not that many people have the perfect turquoise color I have. But It's also different since I am a devil.
The light blue eyed boy answered,
"Well for how fast they are and their skills, it would be pretty impossible to ge just one person," he laughed and tried to do a scary voice, "unless they are not human."
The other two just looked at him with a seriously? look.
Then the green eyed said, "Makes sense to me."
"Yeah, yeah. I get it." The blonde said with annoyed look. She probably likes being always right. But it looks like the one with light blue eyes seemed to be in charge, especially since he is between both of them and in front a bit.
"Ugh, girls." The blue eyes said which the green eyes replied, "Yep."
The blonde then yelled at them, "HEY!!" They all laughed.
I sigh. I could never have any friends. Especially with me being a devil and Father trying to get my power. Ugh. He's horrible, I wish he'd just die already.
I think, but then I get distracted from my thoughts when the blue eyes says,
"We should probably get serious now. Let's go to the Lord of this village to get more info of the killers."
The other two just nod. I follow them in the shadows amd on the roofs watching them as they go to the Lord's house.

As they head out of the Lord's house I am still spying in them, listening carefully to what they are saying. But blue eyes seems to be quite frustrated and the blonde and green eyes is trying to calm him?
"Well at least one of the killers names is Red Hood."
"Well, that's what the villagers named him/her." Siad green eyes.
"They don't even know their genders or anything! All they know is one of the killers clothing, or all of thwir clothing! It's just a red hoodie, black shorts, and red shoes!! Ugh!"
"At least they got something." The blonde said trying to stay kind of positive.
Blue eyes mumbles, "Yeah. . . I guess. ."
I then decided to scare them a bit and jump in front of them.
"What's up newcomers!" I say. But the only response I get is just screams from them being startled, but they sound like they are going to be killed at this very moment. I tell them all to shush and they all become quiet. Blue eyes then decides to break the silence by asking me,
"Are. . . . . Are you Red Hood?"
