You didn't remember your fall as you woke up, blinking rapidly to take in your surroundings. You are laying down on a bed of more golden flowers, but the original one was still intact, sitting on your stomach. You run your hands along the smooth petals of some of the flowers.

They must have broken your fall.

You smile as you stand up, silently thanking the flower's convenient placing.

You walk down a short path into another room. Inside there is another golden flower, its back facing towards you. You kneel down next to it once you get closer. This one seems a little different... You think as you reach for one of the petals. To your surprise, the flower turned around, with an annoyed look on its... face? But spoke in a cheerful voice anyway.

"Howdy! I'm-" He paused. The flower squinted its eyes at you before continuing. "...Flowey the flower... You're not Frisk."

"What?" You laugh. "How do you know who Frisk is? She's never even been down here once!" Great! Now you're talking to flowers? That fall must've really knocked something loose.

Flowey just seemed to study you in the uncomfortable silence. After a few minutes of staring, he somehow lowered himself into the ground and was gone. You sigh as you stand up, continuing to walk down the path that leads to yet another area.

It didn't take you long to get to an area that actually looked promising. Looming above you was what looked like an entrance to some sort of ruins. The shadow of the ruins looming above you filled you with DETERMINATION.

You quickly ran up a few stairs and through the entrance. What you saw next was a puzzle. Since in a lot of your free time, you worked on puzzles to boost your cognitive strength, you were able to solve it very quickly. After walking a little longer, you could see a spike maze ahead. But before you could reach it, a giant frog hopped in your way. Intrigued, you kneeled down to its level.

You weren't sure if the idea you had would work, but you wanted to at least try. "Hi! Would you so kindly show me through this next puzzle? I'm stumped."

     "Ribbit." Of course, human!
The frog motioned for you to follow him through the spikes. Wherever you and the frog stepped, the spikes would disappear. Eventually, you made it to the other side.

"Thank you..." you didn't know the monster's name.

"Ribbit." Frogit.

You smile. "Yes. Thank you, Froggit."

"You were a great help! I hope you can use your kindness towards other monsters! Have a nice day!"

Froggit didn't understand what you said, but was flattered anyway.

Froggit ran away.

You smile to yourself as you continue on. Monsters didn't seem as bad as humankind portrayed them to be.
