“Evening lads!” I beamed.

“Hey Lou!” Liam said excitedly. Someone obviously thought they were forgiven. I shot him a glare and smiled at Zayn, who was fixing his hair. Something was missing.

“Where’s Niall?” I asked.

“He’s just ducked down to get something to eat. Typical,” Harry explained. I nodded, not making eye contact with him. I wasn’t going to let him bring me down, and the best way to avoid being hurt, was to avoid the one who was going to cause it. My thoughts were interrupted by a young woman’s voice. “Hey boys,” she said brightly. Her long, strawberry blonde hair fell to her waist and her skin was rather pale. She had bright blue eyes and her teeth were not only perfectly white, but perfectly straight. “My name’s Jennifer. Jen for short,” she continued. “I’ll be assisting you with your vocal warm ups this evening. Her accent was quite different. Not that I didn’t like it though.

“Are you from Australia?” Liam asked.

“Why, yes I am.” She beamed. “How did you know?”

“Your accent.” Oh yeah, that would be right. Daddy Direction is always right. Stupid idiot. I rolled my eyes and sat on the floor. “You can’t start until Niall gets back,” I said, scratching my nose.

Harry sat down next to me. His sweet scent of vanilla filled my nose. His scent was irresistible, and by far one of the many things that kept me loving him. It sounded stupid, but it was. It made me go mad inside! Damn Harry, stop crossing my mind. Stop eating my brain cells! Stop making my heart race! Stop taking over my life! Just stop! Alright, Louis, calm down. You said you weren’t gonna let him bring you down, so stick by your word, Tommo. Don’t think about it. He’s just a boy. You work with him. That’s all, okay? Chill out Louis.

Niall barged into the room. “Sorry I’m late lads!” His Irish accent echoed throughout the room. “Hey, I think I saw you at Nando’s today,” Jen said, smiling at Niall.

“Yeah, you probably…” Niall’s words trailed off as him and Jen caught eye contact. Aw, cute. They’re lost in each others eyes! Boy, I used to love when Harry and I did that. His eyes are so…Oh my gosh! Snap out of it you fool.

“Um, so when do we actually start warming up our voices?” I asked, Jen and Niall were starting to sicken me and I really needed to clear my mind. Niall and Jen suddenly snapped out of their trance and lingered their eyes’ towards Zayn. “When Zayn stops styling his hair,” Niall replied.

“Well, somebody better stop him! Look at him, he’s in almost in a trance. Someone take the mirror off him,” Harry said.

“I’m not doing it,” I quickly said, standing up and hiding behind Niall. The last time somebody took a mirror off Zayn, they got a black eye and a fractured wrist. He’s vicious.

“Zayn?” Jen asked softly, sitting next to him.

“Yes?” He replied.

“Put the mirror down.”

“Guys, it’s not like I’m possessed. I can hear you. I know you want me to put the mirror down, gosh. I just pretend not to hear you. Stop stereotyping me.” Zayn put the mirror down and rolled his eyes. “Well, come on then. Vocal warm up time!”

Jen’s smile spread ear to ear. “Leggo!” She said, still beaming.

“Oh my gosh, Justin Bieber says that all the time!” Niall laughed.

“I know! I’m such a big fan!”

“Me too!”

At this moment I knew that Niall had finally found someone that could possibly be his princess.
