*Shoutout to whoever created the Undertale Christmas Party AU! I, truthfully and honestly, have no clue who did, but if they're reading this somehow, I love your comics! If any of you happen to know the creator(s), tell them that they're awesome, haha. This entire one-shot is based off of that AU, so if you readers haven't read it, please do!
Background: For as long as you could remember, you lived with Ink. How you were born or created was beyond your and Ink's knowledge, after all, he never created you, but you two left it as something that would never be known.
You tended to watch over the multiple AUs with him, being sure to protect them from Error. Ink had told you many stories about what Error had done in the past and you found yourself protective of these universes. Yet, regardless of what was told to you, Ink always mentioned how much more stable Error is compared to how he used to be, so that was enough to assure you of his sanity.
You've met Error before on multiple occasions, mostly because Ink had insisted that you meet him in the first place. That's where you met Error Aqua, but she was just called Aqua for short. She had a similar story to your's, only she came into the world as a glitch and in Error's possession. Her appearance was very much like Error's, with her skin and hair black and blue tear-like streaks falling out of her eyes. The color of her eyes weren't red, but blue, which gave her a softer appeal. One of the pupils in her eyes were yellow, with a yellow ring around it, and the other was hazel. She didn't glitch out or have as many "Errors" around her body as much as Error did and wore a black sweater with red sleeves, along with joggers with white stripes running down the sides. Last, but not least, she had a thick, dark grey scarf wrapped tightly around her neck. Yet, the features of her body and face, in general, were exactly the same as your's. Out of this, Ink and Error figured that you and Aqua were counterparts of some sort.
Since you first met him and Aqua, you started to visit them more often, after all, Ink never placed restraints as to when and where you could and couldn't go, just as long as the AU's timeline was a completed pacifist route and you only interacted with the "Sans" of that universe. They were the only ones that knew the existence of Ink, Error, Aqua, and yourself...with the exception of Swap!Papyrus. Both Swap!Sans and Swap!Papyrus somehow knew about the timelines, but that was another thing that was left unanswered.
There was something else that made you quite odd. You had the ability to transfer to what you called the "Broken Reality", a place that even Ink himself couldn't transfer himself to. At first, the place appeared to be some type of void that was filled with green, digital-like numbers, but you soon figured out that this was the place that all the AUs where generated into. This was the very place that created and supported the very existed of all the universes. You found that the numbers were codes to different places, reaching boundaries that even your own mind couldn't handle. To make things simple, you discovered the sites of Instagram, Tumblr, Wattpad, and Google, which you used as informational sites for all of the AUs. These sites were, well, interesting. There was a lot of smut and even lemons written about the different AUs. But, the cute posts and information outweighed the sin, so you were careful to dodge anything that looked like abnormal glow sticks or light sabers.
You tended to visit the Broken Reality occasionally, keeping up with the updates behind the void. On your most recent journey to this void, you noticed that there was a lot of content relating to Christmas and it started to make you wonder, was the void aware of holidays also?
Quickly, you brought the news to Ink, who immediately started to blubber in excitement, puking out a load of black ink as he did so. He never took sudden excitement that well.
Eventually, one thing led to another and you were off rushing to different AUs, notifying all of the Sanses of some Christmas party that Ink wanted to host. Of course, you were excited too, after all, you had the power to help out with sending invitations and strategically placing a mistletoe in every room of the house that Ink had been designing. It was a huge house, with a huge floor plan.
