Nightmares

In nightmare

  I ran through the forest trying get away from that thing. I kept on running and running until I tripped on a branch. I landed on my stomach and I turned around, now I was on my back. The thing was facing me, ready to kill. I tried to escape but every time I did it attacked. I was going to die. Someone else came into view. They petted the rabid animal, which I think was a bear. They walked closer to me. They had a sword for an arm, a cowboy hat, a cloth that covered everything but their eyes. They came closer to me and bent down. They whispered something in my ear but it was in a different language so I didn't understand it. Another rabid animal came into view, I think this one was a wolf. Two more animals flew in. One was a rabid hawk, to the looks of it, and the other one was a rabid dove. All of the animals turned into humans and the person with a sword for a arm took off their hat and the cloth that covered their face. Even though it was night, I recognized that face straight away. It was Vandal Savage. He stood up and placed his sword on my chest. He pushed down then I blacked out.

      End of nightmare

  I woke up, sweating. I looked around the room. No one was there. I tried to get up but the pain took over my body. My heart monitor was freaking out. About three seconds later Crimson came in and he was by my side in a matter of nano-seconds. I had to tell him. I couldn't let what happened in Dr. Destiny's nightmare happen here. "Crim, I have to tell you something."

  "What is it, El?"

  "My brother is Vandal Savage." I looked down to the floor. I was sitting on the hospital bed and Crimson was sitting on my right. I could feel his expression.

"Ellie, why didn't you tell me earlier?" Tears were threatening spill. Crimson pulled me into a hug. I put my face into his neck and I cried. I pulled back after a couple minutes. I wiped my tears away and I knew I had to tell the rest of the team. Surprisingly, there was no clock in that room.

"Andy, what time is it?" Crimson looked at his watch then back at me.

"2:36 a.m., you should get some rest. After all, you are going to tell the rest of the team tomorrow." I smiled and went back to sleep.

I woke up but I didn't have any dreams or nightmares. I got out of bed the best I could. I got changed then I walked outside the room and went into the mission room. I actually didn't go into the mission room I was just at it's doorpost. The entire place was decorated with Christmas stuff. It was a bit over decorated but I could handle that. Crimson Wolf walked to my side.

"When are you going to tell them?"

"Are they all in there?" I asked, looking at Crim.

"Yeah they're all there and you didn't answer my question." I sighed and looked ahead of me.

"I'll tell them soon." Crimson turned towards me and I did the same. He was stupidly smiling that amazing smile he had.

"Look up." I did as he said and right above us was a mistletoe. I smiled and looked back at him.

"Are you afraid of a little kiss?" I asked. I leaned in closer, our faces just a few centimeters away.

"Never," he replied. I quickly kissed his cheek and went into the mission room.

"Hey guys," they all looked my way. I felt my throat tighten, as it was harder for me to speak. "I need to tell you something." I was telling them because I didn't want people to fear me but I was also doing this for another reason. Vandal wanted me in Cupertino for some reason. He wanted me on his side, on the bad side.

  "Well, what is it?" Bart asked. I think he knew what was going on. I deeply inhaled and continued.

  "It's probably going to be easier to show you." I walked over to the computer and my family came up, my entire family. "My father is Wizard of Magic, my mother is Glorious Magic, my oldest brother is Sand Storm, my second oldest brother is Obsidian Touch, my sister is Gracious Healing, and my youngest brother is Vandal Savage." I looked down as I waited for my punishment. Except all I got was understanding. I looked back up to see slightly smiling faces. "He wants to meet me in Cupertino." I continued.

  "Wait, Cupertino. Do you mean the Cupertino in Italy?" Robin asked. I nodded, confirming his suspensions. Crimson stepped forward like he was going to say something.

  "Lex Luthor wants me in Cupertino too." Everyone's eyes darted over to Crimson Wolf.

  "Why?" Rabid Bear asked. Everyone looked towards Rabid Bear, surprised. Crim didn't even tell his own brother.

  "He's helping me because I'm a clone. I'm not a CADMUS clone. Someone stole their equipment to clone people."

  "Andy, it's completely fine being a clone." I said.

  "No, actually you don't get it. They got it wrong when they cloned me. I've been getting worse and worse with my condition. If Lex Luthor helps me, in return, I have to help him." He could've told us. We could've helped him but instead he went to Lex Luthor. I walked to his side and put on a fake smile.

"So who's next?" I asked, jokingly.

"I am." One of the people that Sammy brought back said. I think his name was Ray.

"I was totally joking." I muttered, putting my hands up in defense.

  "Brain and Queen Bee have been, somewhat, blackmailing me. They also want me in Cupertino."

  "What have they been blackmailing you about?" Sammy asked. I knew she had feelings for the boy I just didn't know the extent.

  "Who I really am. I'm not Ray Gold that was just a phony name I came up with. My real name is Joshua Josephsteen. My father is a big crime boss. I didn't want you guys to know who I really was because I thought-" before Ra-Joshua could finish his sentence Sammy interrupted.

  "We would make you leave the team or shun you. How could you think so low of us? We would never do that. You are one of us. You are family." A smile appeared on Joshua's face.

  "Well, I guess we have a mission in Cupertino." Nightwing said.

         On mission

  I was flying through the sky in my dragon form. I forgot how peaceful it was up here. The wind blowing in my face, the cool night wind, what was there not to love about this place?! I was about to land when I saw Crimson and Joshua. They acted really well but then I saw Psimon. I was terrified. He could read one of our minds and figure out what we're doing and then tell the rest of the bad guys! I had to go with it. It was just an unexpected turn. Like the say in the show bis "The show must go on!" I landed then I turned back into my human form. The rest of my family joined me as I said.

  "This is who my family is. This is who I am. So deal with it." I was totally rocking the whole being bad thing. Lex Luthor and Crimson were having a little talk while I looked around a bit. Suddenly Andy and Joshua started fighting, not each other, but the bad guys.

  "Ellie, take care of them." I nodded and transformed into my wolf form. I raced after them and I was about to pounce on one of them but I pounced on the other guy. Soon the entire Young Justice team came in. I was still in my wolf form but then I felt something sharp in my neck then I passed out.

I woke up I wasn't in my wolf form and I was in some type of container. I tried to get out but it wasn't budging. I was being transported somewhere. I was being wheeled down a hall then I stopped. There, in front of me, was something I thought I would never see. I saw seven children. They looked at me with cold eyes. They were copies, copies I could spot anywhere. They were copies of the League.
