Butch smiled as he apologized over and over though karou ignored him she had accepted his apologize awhile go it's just that she knew if he didn't stop speaking she would feel as though everything was not real.
He know's this as well that's why he hasn't stop, until a light catches his eye.
"Look, " she looked towards his voice to see him walking inside a music store, she followed when she saw a drum set that she loved to touch. As she walked in she could already see him playing some drums, a smile appeared on her face as she listen to him play.
His play was relaxing as though he was a free bird who had no worries in this world, Karou noticed a set of drum's that she felt as though they were calling her, though to anybody they looked old and worn out.
She could not help but feel drawn to them. She sat down and lifted up her arms as she began to play the drum's, not even noticing the small crowd that soon began to from around her.
She could here her own feelings in the sound as though the beat itself was her heart crying out, she went slow but soon picked up speed, it felt like she just couldn't stop she needed to get everything out.
Butch walked towards her, she didn't notice as he gently grabbed her wrist to stop her from playing as he placed her hands on her knees. She looked up to see him smiling sadly at her, that was the final straw,
One by one her tears fell she tried to cover them up, but he didn't let her quickly he lifted her up into his arms as he walked out of the store.
Placing her gently on the bench, but never letting her hand go. "it hurts?" she nodded not trusting herself to speak as she cried more. "oddly i know how you feel.....what Momoko is going through Brick went through something similer"
Karou glanced at him, "why didn't she tell me.....didn't she trust me....I COULD'VE PROTECTED HER!" she shouted towards him "...did she think i was weak?"
Butch smiled "nope~.....i asked that same question to Brick....he told me he wanted to protect me"
He pulled her up and wiped her face of tears "he said that if i knew i would run in their and beat them all up....but i would be hurt as well..,he told me that he would of failed as a leader if i was injured because of him"
Karou looked shocked"why?"
Butch smiled "who knows...but me and Boomer made a promise that day to protect him"
Gently he pulled her closer "will you help as well?.....let's protect our leaders together,ok?"
She blushed a little before wiping her face of any tears, smiling she nodded, "of course!'
Though her smile soon fell as she saw Butch answer his phone and an angry,scared look flashed through his eyes.
She didn't even look back as she ran back towards the RowdyRuff house.
