I can't believe she's gonna study in Hogwarts now.. I mean, I'm gonna have a friend to talk to a bit more I guess.. Hope she gets in Slytherin!

Everyone was settling down and greeting their friends. The First Year walked towards Dumbledore.
"SILENCE!" Dumbledore exclaimed
Everyone went in absolute silence and payed attention to the front.
Every First year had to get put in a House. The Sorting Hat would sort the First Years into their right belonging houses. By Sorting them out, The Hat has to be worn on their head and The Sorting Hat would say the Wizard's strength. It would also suggest the house the Wizard should be in. If the Wizard doesn't contribute or disagree with the Hat's choice, then They would be automatically placed into their rightful houses.
When it was Lily's turn, Severus was nervous and excited.
The Sorting Hat pointed out that Lily's strength suited the house "Gryffindor" more so She was placed in Gryffindor Instead of Slytherin.
Severus, In absolute disappointment. He acted like it was nothing and congratulated Lily.
While Lily took a seat in the Gryffindor house, She gave the person that sat next to her a little greet.
His name was James, James Potter.
It never appeared to be a problem at first for Severus, But he started to grow jealousy over them. Whenever Severus hung out with Lily, James would always find a way to distance Lily from Severus.
Lily started hanging way more with James while Severus hoped she'd turn back to him.
Whenever Lily is not around, James would be an absolute jerk to Severus. Both battled for One.
