"What is number one!?" My teacher barked. He had rudely awakened me from my slumber. He's always hounding on me, even when I have the best scores overall in the entire school. I have to be the best, that's what makes me a good spy and assassin.
"Rule number one, know your enemies weakness!" I said, straightening my back in soldier formation. Unfortunately for me, this wasn't spy school, just ordinary High School.
"This is a math problem not a TV show! Get up and do the math!" He said, pointing at the chalk board. Yeah, old fashioned right? Our school is on budget cuts and has been since last year. I smirk at him in a devilish way, and strut to the board.
"Oh, well this is nothing but child's play." He cringed the moment I said that. I quickly solved the problem with ease. When I turned to head to my seat, he was at the board making another problem, for normal people it would be hard. He had a calculator in his hand. Trying to make me look bad? I study the problem as he jots it down. When he's done writing, he gives the chalk to me.
"Solve this one, Smart Alec." He grinned confidently. So did I, as I zipped through the problem with proficiency, once again. He growled and muttered, "Get back to your seat." By that time, I strut my stuff all the way to the back of the class. I could hear everyone talking, the perks of being an assassin.
"She's hot and got brains."
"I know right? Full package!"
Boys stop, you're making me blush. Not. I look around, I'm always watching my surroundings even in the lowest of places. Before I even thought of taking a seat, I grabbed my bag...the bell's about to ring.
"Where do you think you're going!?" My teacher says, glaring at me.
"Sorry teach, bell's about to ring." I said, still walking to the door.
"The bell doesn't dismiss you, I dismiss you!"
I laugh. "You're funny teach. Last time I checked the bell is a dismissal bell and after the second one, if you're not in class, you're late. Not to mention all you teachers are power prone, picking on high schoolers is the only satisfaction in your life. It's pretty lame of you to hold me from work or lunch, both are very important in my daily life. I don't know about you, cause I don't know if devils eat, but I'm a hungry girl. One more thing teach." I said, pointing at the ceiling. "There's the bell." Right as I said that, the bell rang through the hallways. I smirk, calmly walking out of the room. He's always trying to make everything I do a competition, but the school board said he can't get rid of me, cause he only has half a class.
"Bad A!" Some guys scream behind me. I continue my strut on the walk of fame.
