[Chapter 1] Summer Asterism

a/n : In this story, Kageyama went to Seijo, and others didn't know him. Basically, he just moved to Miyagi.

Chapter 1 : The Solid Asterism

"Iwa-chan, look ! There is so many stars," Oikawa said excitedly while pointing at the night sky full of stars.

They were in the rooftop of Oikawa's house. It's their special event on summer break, at least it's what Oikawa thought, Iwaizumi will read some magazine and Oikawa will stare at the sky. The just laid down into the cold maroon ceramics with blankets covering their own bodies.

"So what ?" Iwaizumi replied while reading his magazine, uninterested with any of his bestfriend bullshits.

"Ukhh ! You will never know the beauty of it, especially the Summer Triangle Stars," Oikawa said while hugging his knees, pretending to be mad.

"What is that ? Is it Bermuda Triangle ?" Iwaizumi asked, making the brunette stop from his sulking.

"Ehh, you don't know ?" Oikawa said with a sneer face, obviously teasing his bestfriend.

"Just spill ! Do you want me to smack you and throw your body into a pond ?" Iwaizumi said while preparing his fist.

"Fine ! Fine !" Oikawa replied in defeated tone.

"Summer Triangle is made of Vega, Deneb, and Altair stars. They are the constellation of Aquila, Cygnus, and Lyra. Together they make a triangle asterism, that is why they were called Summer Triangle Stars, they also used to detect summer on the North hemisphere," Oikawa replied enthusiasticlly while still looking at the sky.

"Hmm, are there any stories behind them ?" Iwaizumi asked while turning the page of his magazine.

"As long as I know, the mythology said that Vega, Deneb, and Altair are bestfriend. Vega is the smarter between them, Deneb is the beautiful amid them that could attract many Gods, and Altair is the strongest among them," Oikawa explained to his bestfriend with a sincere smile who is unexpectedly thinking.

"What are you thinking, Iwa-chan ?" Oikawa asked curiously.

"I bet I'm the smartest and the strongest, and you just have a fleeing beauty," Iwaizumi said snickering.

"Mean ! Mean, Iwa-chan !" Oikawa said while making his signature pouting face.

"I'm the smartest and you're the strongest, Iwa-chan ! That's the right role," Oikawa said while crossing his arms in front of his chest, making a puff sound.

"Then how about the Deneb star ?" Iwaizumi asked bluntly.

"Don't know," Oikawa replied dumbly while raising his both shoulders.

"Tooru, Hajime ! Bed time !" A woman voice called them, making them briskly collected all of their thing to go back into the house.

"Coming !" They replied in union while walking back into the house.

That was in the past. Now they've grown up into an independent young man. Both still in their relationship as a bestfriend, both already forgotten the story of the Summer Triangle Stars. And they both didn't know what is coming in the future for them, but I can tell you that thing has a blue eyes.

"Iwa-chan ! Wait for me~" Oikawa said, whining to the wing spiker.

"Give me a one good reason to wait a lazy ass like you," Iwaizumi said blankly while turning to the brunette, waiting the answer.

"I'm your only friend !" Oikawa said cheerfully while raising his index finger as if answering a question just like in the class.

Then a smack sound can be heard all over the school.

"Ukhh, so mean, Iwa-chan ! So mean !" Oikawa said while fake crying to the one who smacked him a minute ago.

"Serve you right," Iwaizumi said while walking side by side with the brunette to the Aoba Johsai's gym, while Oikawa keep whining all the way.

"Stop whining, Shittykawa ! We will meet the new members of first year, be a good senpai for once," Iwaizumi said while opening the gym's door, receiving some welcomes from the second years and the third years.

"All right, line up !" Shouted the coach that just finished discussing with the teacher adviser.

"Please new members of the first year introduce yourself !" The coach said between the third years and second years line up, and the first year line up.

One by one they introduced theirself, Oikawa and Iwaizumi scanned all of them.

"My name is Kindaichi Yutaro. I'm from Kitagawa Daiichi. My position is middle blocker. Please take care of me," Kindaichi said nervously with his both stiff hand at the side.

"I'm Kunimi Akira. I'm from Kitagawa Daiichi and my position is middle blocker," Kunimi said blankly with his usual bored face. At least Oikawa and Iwaizumi recognized Kindaichi and Kunimi from their middle school.

"I-I'm Kageyama Tobio. I'm from Blablabla, I just moved here and my position is setter, please take care of me !" The last kid said with a little excited tone. His eyes are rare, it's blue. That's what Iwaizumi and Oikawa thought.

"I'm Oikawa Tooru, the captain and the setter of the team," Oikawa introduced himself with a pride charisma.

"I'm Iwaizumi Hajime, the vice captain and the ace of the team," Iwaizumi said after the captain finished.

And the introducing event still going until the last person of the members. They started with a warm up and then all of them practicing together or even getting along with each another. But Iwaizumi and Oikawa can't seem to get their eyes off from their kouhai, Kageyama Tobio. He's one of the bravest kouhai, in the first day he already observed the senpais without afraid to get caught. His blue round eyes watching single one of them intensely while sitting behind the lines.

"Hey, Trashykawa ! Looks like your new kouhai is watching again," Iwaizumi said with an enough voice for the one who had been the topic not to hear them.

"He's not my kouhai !" Oikawa hissed still grabbing the volleyball to do a jump serve.

"Well, technically he is," Iwaizumi said casually still looking at the younger from the distant.

Surprisingly the younger stood up and walked towards them, making Oikawa and Iwaizumi stiff like a statue. They just giving side glances to each another, wondering what will the younger do. The younger stopped in front of them, then he took a deep breath before saying something to the childhood friend duo.

"Oikawa-san, Iwaizumi-san ..."
