Wassup Chummies!
I hope you all had a wonderful christmas and are ready for 2017. On a small side note, I am heart broken that both Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds died. As a huge film fan, bith singing in the rain and Star wars are huge classics and play a large role in my film collection. My thoughts are with Billie Lourd and their family. (Could 2016 be any worse!)Anyway, Thanks to the positive response on Peace, I have written yet another story for this series (details in description).
I'm aiming for this book to be roughly the same length as Peace, but I can assure you that Clarke won't be as silly in this one.
Sadly the prolouge is the same as the epilogue in peace, but it didn't make sense to write a new content when I already have a ready made prologue and also, it is a great way to start the story and link it to the last book.
So here's to another year of my 'meh' writing!
Cheers everyone 🍻! XProlouge
Below the ridgeline, lights flash inside Arkadia's walls. The party is in full swing, as the people celebrate their victory. Many of the guards left on shift are too drunk to care about security, and the rest have their hands full containing the party. Wanheda, her rebel prince and their aquaintances sit around the fire, enjoying the rewards that a victory brings. They'll worry about the serious stuff tomorrow. But in the moonlight, there stands a lone figure dressed in rags. A scar draws a neat line above and below his eye, leaving the eye a bright silver. His half shaven head reveals an elaborate tattoo, and his face is covered in stubble. He wears the face of a man they will come to know well, but have not known yet. The man watches intently at the revellers and frowns. From his bag, he pulls out a pair of binoculars. Pointing them at the ongoing festivities, he focuses in on the party goers, and one in particular.
Daenarys face is blocked by a blonde figure, who downs drinks like theres no tomorrow. The dark haired man beside her pulls her off the ground and then the small blonde wanders off. The mystery man gets a clear view of the Azgeda ambassador and his mouth pulls into a devilish smirk and he lets out a gruff laugh. He says nothing but a single word before disapperaing off into the night.
"Soon."
