*Justin's POV*

1 week Later

A few days ago, *yn* made me go to the doctor becauae of my cough.  She said that she was worried because on the day of Kyle's tribute, she wanted my singing voice to be ready. But luckily, my throat was finally better because today was the day of the tribute. As we walked in the school, I began to get excited. Everyone was dressed up nicely for Kyle, including me and *yn*. I had on a suit that *yn* made me wear. It was all black and I had a white bow tie around my neck. She gelled my hair up perfectly. As for *yn*, she wore a black pencil shirt and a white crop top with her hair down. She looked perfect.

As we walked through the halls, everyone just stared at me. I guess it was because they have never seen me in a suit before. I saw people whispering, and some just smiled right in my face. I smiled back.

As *yn* grabbed onto my arm, I could tell that she was nervous about her speech. She was shaking.

"Baby, don't worry. You will do fine." I comforted her.

She didn't answer. Just held onto me tighter.

*Rehearsal*

Back stage, we had an hour left to rehearse. I took a few deep breaths, and went on a search to find *yn*. I walked around the stage area and didn't see her. I went through the hallways and found her sitting on a bench shaking and her face was pale. I walked over to her and took a seat.

"Baby. Why aren't you rehearsing?" I asked, rubbing her back.

"I-I don't even wanna do it anymore."

I looked at her with wide eyes.

"Why not?"

She ran her fingers through her hair. "I don't know. My nerves are taking over." she admitted.

"Ohhh babe. Don't let that ruin it. You're going to do fine! Trust me. Just say your speech and get it over with. Take deep breaths." I informed.

She sighed. "I don't know."

"Please *yn*. Do it for me..For Kyle." I encouraged.

"Fine...This better go good." She stood up.

"It will. Trust me."

*Tribute* Your POV

As I waited for Mrs. White to go on the stage and greet the audience, I practiced my speech. I swayed side to side as I mumbled words to myself. My whole body shook and I had a feeling that this was not going to go well.

When I heard Mrs. White on the microphone, I got into a line that went in order of the acts.

"Good afternoon everyone! My name is Mrs. White and I will be hosting the show for you all. Now, the students have worked hard and practiced just about every day to make this a fun and entertaining show. Now the first act is going to be a speech from a student named *yn* Fuller. Enjoy."

When she called my name, my stomach dropped with fear. I felt my eyes water and I tried fighting the tears. I looked back at Justin who was in the line waiting for his turn. He gave me a thumbs up and I walked out on the stage. There were hundreds of people chapping and cheering for me, waiting for me to begin. I spotted Kyle's parents in the audience. I took a deep breath and began.

"Good afternoon everyone." I smiled. "Now as you all know, this speech that I will be making is dedicated to Kyle Morris. He got into a terrible car crash about a week ago and he has been recovering ever since. Now Kyle is my ex boyfriend and I love him so much. We have known each other since we were 4 years old. Kyle and I. were friends for sooo long and when we were in 10th grade, we began to get serious with each other. We became a couple. We split apart just this year. But during those 2 wonderful years that we were together, we've made memories. We might'he had our ups and downs but at the end of the day, we both still love each other. I'm so happy that I met him. He is such a wonderful and helpful soul. This guy has really helped me overcome some major problems in my life and I give so much credit to him for that. Honestly, if it wasn't for him,I dont know where I'd be right now. Thank you so much for coming everyone, and most importantly, thank you to Kyle." As I bowed down, I stared at the audience and appreciated everyones everyones applause. I smiled after a few moments and walked off stage.

"Nice job!" Said one girl.

I smiled. "Thanks."

Then, I saw Justin. I jumped into his arms and held him tightly.

"Beautiful! It was beautiful! I told you that you'd do fine." He smiled.

"Thanks. It wasn't so scatter after all."

"Well, I guess its my turn now. Wait here for me." He said.

"I will. Good luck, baby." I said after kissing him.

As Justin walked on the stage, he sat on a stool that was provided for him. I was so excited. This would be my first time hearing him sing! He cleared his throat and announced the song he was gonna sing. Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson. I gasped because that was one of my favorite songs. As he let out the first few notes, I began to tear up. His voice was like an angel.

*5 Minutes Later*

When Justin walked off the stage, I was in tears. I couldn't believe that he was that good at singing. It was like a dream.

"Oh my gosh. That had to be a recording." I said.

"Nope. It was all me." He hugged me.

"Your. So GOOD!"

"Thanks. Practice helps a lot I guess." He laughed.

I winked. "Haha. Now, you're gonna start singing to me. RIGHT?"

"Of course."
