"Are you sure there's a dead body around here?" I heard Scott. The shaking of his inhaler brought so many memories.
"Are you doubting my detective skills?" I said in a sarcastic tone. A tone that not even Scott could notice if I was being sarcastic or serious. Not even I could notice sometimes. "Who said I was?" Scott replied with a choked laugh.
I was listening carefully to the conversation when I started to hear a growl near by. I sharpen my hearing to locate where it was coming from. My eyes scanned my surroundings suddenly landing on two red bright spots far in the distance.
The Alpha.
"This one belongs to me." A voice came from the woods.
"Dad?" I whispered. He started to direct his flashlight around to check if Scott was with me. A lie that I still remember to this day.

I knew what was going to happen next. I didn't  have to guess, I had a feeling in my gut as if something was poking my insides.
A scream choked my eardrums as if a knife had penetrated them. It was Scott. He had been bitten.
Once again everything went dark. Scenes from my past we're playing right in front of me but what did it all mean?
I could see Scott running through the woods trying to escape from Peter. But then, his shadow disappeared. Every single sound slowly faded, I started to feel pressure in my ears. Still confused out of my fucking mind, I made my way around the trees until another familiar place appeared in front of me. The cellar.
My heart sunk when I saw Derek holding Paige's lifeless body. His yellow eyes slowly faded into a bright blue. "I'm so sorry Derek." I whispered but I was in shock when he replied. "Who said that?!" He replied. I felt my blood rushing to my heels. I couldn't believe what just happened. I wanted to hug him so bad but I didn't want to do something I could regret. Suddenly the cellar started to shake as if an earthquake was about  going to destroy this place in a matter of seconds. I turned to where Derek was but he was gone. I ran out of the cellar as fast as I could making my way up the stairs. I opened the doors revealing a blood red sky. "What the fuck?" I said under my breath. A  familiar scent hit my nose, I tried to recognize it but everything changed when I turned around. My insides were hurting like never before. I let out a cry I had been holding.

The Nemeton.
On top of the roots was Derek. His body had been brutally beaten, his hands and feet had been nailed to the tree. Blood was flowing on the sides like a red river. I ran to him and held his face in my hands. "DEREK!" I shouted. Sand and blood were covering his face. "What have they done to you!" Even though I knew all this was in my mind, it still hurt.
