"I think I have a better idea." Cora replied stopping me before exiting the room. "Who do we know is a demon besides Raven." She replied before heading for the door.
"I was possessed by one not long ago. Why?" I replied. "No. Not you. You were possessed but that's all. Just think about it." She said. My mind started to go through every supernatural creature we've encountered but no one came to mind until I looked at Scott who I noticed had an idea. "You know who?" I asked. He nodded. "We know him." That's when it hit me. He's also an ancient demon. He has to know something.
"Deucalion." I said almost in a whisper. Shivers ran along my spine.
"Demons have to know each other right?" Cora said almost coming out as a doubt. "But we don't even know where he is or if he's even alive for that matter." Scott replied not fully convinced. "But we do know someone who worked with him." I said looking into his eyes. I could almost see my reflection in them. "I don't know." He said, worry could be heard in his voice. "We have to at least try." Cora replied. After a few seconds, Scott though about it but ended up agreeing. "Alright. I'll call him and we'll meet him at the clinic." He said taking his phone out of his pocket.

"You think Deaton knows where he is?" Cora asked taking me away from Scott. "Let's hope." I replied.
After a moment, Scott killed the call and turned to face us. "He said that he's going to be expecting us. That we needed to see something." He replied. Without hesitating, we ran out of the room on our way to Deaton. Scott bumped to Melissa who was carrying a tray full of medicine.
"Where are you guys going?" Melissa asked on our way out. "We're going to wake Derek up." Scott replied kissing his mom on the cheek. "Please be careful." She replied grabbing me by the arm. I turned to her and nodded. "I will take care of him." She said. "Thank you." I replied before hugging her. After my mom passed away, Melissa took me under her wing making her someone very special to me. And now I know why. She will never let anyone down. Just like her son.

When we got to the clinic, we weren't even inside when we caught Deaton's scent and someone else's. "Someone is in there with him. And I think I know who it is." Scott said running inside the building. When we got to the back room, we found Deaton facing us and another tall figure facing him. His back to us. "It's okay. He's here to help." Scott's boss said pulling a hand as if to stop us. "It's nice to see you again Scott." The man said turning to us revealing his face. "Deucalion." I whispered. "Hello Cora." He said not receiving a word from her. I looked down at Scott's hands now turned into tight fists. His flesh was turning white. I put a hand on his shoulder trying to calm him down. "We need him Scott." I said not sure he heard me. I looked down again to notice his hands untying. "How did you know we needed you?" Scott asked without taking his eyes off of him. "I didn't. I just had this-" He sighed. "-feeling telling me I had to come back here." He said interlocking his fingers. "I can't believe I'm saying this but thank god you decided to come back here." I said stepping a bit closer. Deucalion looked at me as if trying to study my face. "I notice there were some changes around here. Fox." He said smirking. "It's a long story. Anyways. You need to come with us." I said trying not waste time of waking Derek up. "What makes you think I want to come with you?" He said laughing. "Does the name Raven sounds familiar to you?" Cora said without missing a beat. Deucalion's face changed immediately. "How do you know that name?" He asked. His eyes looked full of rage. I felt uncomfortable just looking at them. "He has Derek. Not physically but mentally." I said.
"He's trapped in one of his dreams and we were wondering if you knew how to wake him up." Scott said. "I've heard of a way to wake someone up from a deep sleep but it's too dangerous." Deucalion said turning away from us. It took me a moment to think about it but all I wanted was for Derek to wake up. "How can we pull him out of the deep sleep?" I asked not giving a flying fuck about the consequences. "I've only performed it twice in my lifetime. I'm not sure if it's going to work a third time." He replied not fully convinced. "It's worth a try." Cora replied a bit agitated. "You are going to help us because I let you live that one time. But I'm not going to make that mistake again." Scott said through gritted teeth. His eyes turning a bright crimson as if his pupils were bleeding. "It's not that easy! Okay!" He snapped. "Not as it sounds. In order to wake him up, someone he has a deep connection with needs to go into a deep sleep to guide him back to reality. Right now Derek is trapped in limbo." As soon as he said that last word, my heart sank. I felt the palms of my hands go numb and cold. I needed to take a seat. "Is any of you willing to risk your life?" Deucalion said turning to face me. He knew it was me who had to do it but for a moment I doubted myself. I doubted myself like I always do.
"I am." I said not realizing the words coming out of my mouth.
