After Shonn had left, I went upstairs to hide in my room yet again, knowing fully well that I wouldn't be able to fall asleep again. Sitting on my bed, I looked down at my legs, and saw the fat that made each of them touch whenever walking.

Disgusted, and quickly changing into running shorts, a tank top that would cover my chest alright enough, I pinned back my pixie haircut so that some of the hairs wouldn't fly everywhere. Basically shoving my feet into the rather expensive running shoes, I plugged my earphones into my ears, and made my way out the door without any interruptions.

In the midst of running in the blistering weather, I heard a buzzing go off in my pocket, and knowing myself - I knew it was either my mother or my sister.

Having a total of : zero : friends usually narrowed down who was usually going to be texting me. My father could only read texts, and said that the buttons were too small for his big hands.

Poor man was still stuck in the ice age, he wouldn't even use the remote for the tv, he usually just got one of us to do it for him.. Otherwise, he would just watch whatever was on. Once, I had left MTV on because of my Teen Wolf obsession, and Lauren and I came downstairs to him watching Jersey Shore, a confused look overtaking his generally understanding face.

So, whenever I had gotten a number from an unknown number, i was mildly confused.

Remember the dinner at six!

Before I could even send a text back to ask who it was, my phone buzzed yet again.

Whoops, its Chad. Forgot to tell you that.

Whilst writing, 'okay.' the buzzing went off again.

I only have your number because Lovely gave it to me for emergencies.. You know, just in case. And apparently her doing her nails is an emergency. -_-

Finally getting my own text through, I could imagine him sitting in our kitchen, listening to one of Lovely's college stories, a smile overtook my mouth. Poor guy is so confused whenever it comes to just about anything. Cant even send a text in one message.

Taking a break on the benches near the park that was half an hour away from my house, I heard somebody plop down beside me.

It was Julia Jackson.

Right as I was about to move, she moved a soft hand onto my wrist. Not this again.

"Julia. I'm sorry, but I don't like you that way." I have been trying to explain to the confused girl that I wasn't into girls last year whenever my boobs finally came in (Embarrassing, I know.)

She chuckled lightly, as if it were one of the funniest things she has heard all week. "I know Arris. I just wanna be friends. We could always become attracted later on."

Sitting down on the bench beside her because she had the freaking grip of a chow, and I knew from experience that she wasn't going to let go, I looked into her excited eyes. Not realizing how green they were before, they literally matched the freshly cut grass that was around us at the park.

She was probably one of the prettiest girls at my school, and she hit on me constantly. Come to think of it, so did her brother, who wasn't all that bad looking either. Maybe they were having a battle to see who could get in my pants first. That's the only reason I can really think of why I have their attention more than most.

"So, Daniel has been talking about how Lauren hasn't been in school for like a month." She said, approaching hard waters.

My heart tugging at the sound of my little sisters name, I looked down, and her grip on my wrist loosened.
