CHAPTER 2: New Friend

Wow so let me start off by saying today was the best day ever! It just wow. Ok so pretty much I woke up this morning to find cookies on my desk by my bed. They were VERY delicious and had a note under the plate. I opened the note. "Troy I made you these cookies so you can get to school quicker. Also Troy after school don't forget to do your chores and I will be coming home late so be sure to lock all the doors and windows. Love mom." I was so surprised to see this but was very suspicious. My mom never makes me cookies so then I wondered if my mom was hiding something.

I got ready and saw Allison walking to school through my window. Luckily I saved a cookie so I walked as quickly as possible to make her notice me. I was doing it on purpose. So she called my name from across the street " TROYY!" I looked and acted surprised so I went over to her to walk with her to school. There was a silence for about a minute until I got the cookie out of my backpack and gave it to her. "Thank you". I said "your welcome". BUT THEN OMG SHE KISSED MY CHEECK. I was shocked and hopped back. "What you never had a kiss?" she replied. I nodded saying no. "Well then your welcome" I just kept walking like it never happened. At first I was thinking she didn't know I was gay until she said "what kind of guys are you into?" I replied back with a blush and said "I don't know I'm not comfortable telling you". "That's ok." The rest of the walk we were just talking about a new T.V. show called "Revived". To tell you guys she is a very nice girl and can start a conversation.

Once I got to school it wasn't as bad as yesterday also since it's Tuesday we get out early so I don't have to listen to any haters talking. Anyway we got to school at 7:42 and our class started and 8:00 so me an Allison were just talking but mostly Allison because I was to shy to really express my feelings. Once 8:00 hit me and Allison went straight to our seats and just listened to the teacher until I saw a note thrown on my desk by Felix. I swear that guy is such a bully. Either way I opened the note. The words he said was too much hate so I just crumbled it and ripped it. The rest of the day was just me getting pushed and laughed at so it wasn't a biggy.

After school I walked home. It was around 3:20 when I was at my house. No one was home yet so I had the house to myself and like always the first thing I do Is go upstairs and blast my music. The music of dubstep warms my heart and I could just forget about everything. I turned the music up to the loudest and took a nap. I was woken up by the sound of knocking so I got up and turned off the music. I checked the time and it was 7:45. I walked downstairs and opened the door to find Allison right there. She had a box full of cookies. I was literally blushing and smiling so hard my cheeks were about to explode. She said "thanks for the cookies in the morning" then just left. I took the box inside and put it on the table. There was 25 cookies in there. I felt so shocked she would even do this.

8:50 PM

I just finished the chores and in great timing my mom came home and gave me a kiss on the cheek. She can home earlier than she expected but anyway thinking back from the morning I was curious and suspicious to what was going on with her because she is acting nicer than usual. Usually she never cooks for me or greets me after work she would usually just go to her room and knock out. I decided to put and end to this curiosity so to figure out why she was so happy I tip toed across the hall and waited outside her door listening to what she was doing. I heard her on the phone talking about marriage. I thought to myself for a second and finally realized that my dad FINALLY proposed to my mom.

I WAS SUPER EXCITED FOR THEM but then I thought to myself. This means I have to tell them my secret faster than I expected. It was all coming to fast for me. I ran back to the dining room downstairs because I heard my mom about to open the door. I acted like I was eating. Once she came downstairs she told me that tommorow I wasn't going to school because we are going out the whole day with dad tommorow. Tommorow is the day they are going to tell me they are getting married. I am super scared because if what I thought was true then that means that I have to tell them sooner. I told her I didn't want to go but she said that I have to and that we are going to have a fun time so I just agreed with her. I have to tell Allison about this. I guess I'm becoming more comfortable with Allison. What is going to happen if they don't accept me as I am. I'm super worried.
