"Hey," said Louis casually, as if I was expecting to find them, One Direction, standing there. I just stared at them.
"Hey," Naomi waved at them, taking a sip from her milkshake. I shot her a glare. How could she act so normal?! This is One Direction! Hello!
"You must be Hattie," Louis said, watching me," I'm Louis, this is Harry, Niall, Liam, and Zayn."
"Hi," I squeaked, choking over my milkshake. Geez. I'm ruining my chances of impressing any of them right now.
"We watched your video. You wrote that song right?" Niall asked timidly. I couldn't help but stare at him. He's so gorgeous. His blonde hair, blue eyes, charming smi-
"Hattie?" Naomi poked my shoulder.
"Huh?" I shook myself out of my daze.
"You, um, spilled some milkshake," Louis pointed at my shirt. Oh gosh. Geez! I quickly wiped my shirt off as Naomi laughed at me, really helping the situation.
"Anyway, as Niall was saying, you wrote the song in your video, yeah?" Harry asked, grinning. I nodded, avoiding eye contact with any of them.
"Niall really enjoyed it," Zayn said.
"Zayn!" Niall shoved him.
"Must of watched it over seventeen times," Louis added, an evil smirk on his face.
"Zayn! Louis! Enough," Liam said sternly. I smiled a little at this, causing Liam to smile and roll his eyes.
"So do you mind if we hang out with you?" Liam asked," I mean we know absolutely nothing about Abilene and you're kinda the whole reason we came..."
"Uh..." I couldn't believe One Direction wanted to hang out with me.
"Naomi said we could," Louis sang out in a tattletale voice.
"Uh yeah sure," I said, finding my tongue.
"Great." Niall practically jumped into the seat next to me.
"Um, actually, could I have a moment with Naomi?" I asked.
"Uh yeah sure," said Liam slowly. The boys looked worried but walked away nonetheless.
