I don't know what I would be. Maybe black. That's how my real
mom probably saw me. Black. Invisible. Not wanted. Dull. Black.

But to my family now, I'm the rainbow. The nice one. The stunning one. The prosperous one. Beyond imagination.

------------

I never want to leave. You know how much love I get now? I've been saved.

All of us have been saved. And all of us want to stay. I hope. Me, Jake and Iris are allowed to leave the home now, but we choose to stay. Zach could have left last year if he wanted to. But he didn't.

And neither will I. No one can bribe me to leave, adopt me, or transfer me from my family. It's how a real family works.
