"hey! wait!"

hanae chased the fuzz ball across the underworld.

coincidentally, a beautiful young yokai was drying out her blankets until she stumbled upon fuzzy.

"ara~ what a cute little fuzz ball~"

she cooed as she picked up fuzzy and carressed it gently, the little fuzz ball nuzzled up against the yokai, seemingly appreciating her touch.

"fuzzy!"

hanae yelled.

the yokai turned her head towards the voice. she saw hanae panting heavily, then turning her gaze to the fuzz ball.

"is that your owner, little one?"

she asked.

the fuzz ball nodded. the yokai walked towards hanae. hanae noticed that the beautiful yokai was walking towards him, he blushed profusely.

"is this your pet, mister?"

the yokai asked.

"h-hai."

hanae stuttered as he took fuzzy away from the yokai.

"are you from around here? i've never seen your face before."

she asked as she moved closer towards hanae.

hanae took a step backward in embarrassment and blushed.

"n-no i— whoa!"

hanae had fallen over a rock behind him, he eventually swept the yokai off her feet, making her trip and land on top of him.

the yokai chuckled and straddled hanae.

"i guess you could say that i fell for you~"

the yokai laughed.

"i'm ___, by the way."

"i'm hanae.. n-nice to m-meet you.."

hanae stuttered.

"it is a pleasure meeting you too, hanae-san.. would you like to come inside and have tea?"

___ asked as she pointed to her house with her thumb.

"i-i-i would l-love to!"

hanae stuttered as he stiffened up.

the two along with a little fluff ball entered ___'s house. her house seemed like any other house in the human world, all neat and organized.

"please, take a seat, hanae-san."

___ said with a grin visible on her lips.

hanae nodded and sat on a cushion by a small table.

hanae sat awkwardly as he stroke fuzzy's head. he looked around and noticed that ___ had no accompaniment around her home.

"why are you so tense, hanae-san? is there something bothering you?"

___ asked as she came back with two streaming cups of tea.

"i-it's nothing ___-san. by the way, do you live alone?"

hanae asked.

"yeah, i do. my family left me a long time ago."

___ replied, looking down.

"oh, i see."

hanae replied.

"that's why i appreciate your company, hanae-san."

___ smiled at hanae wh's face was as red as a tomato.

"h-h-hai! i-i'm willing to stay with you, ___-san!"

hanae exclaimed.

"ahahaha.. thank you, hanae-san.."

___ said as she blushed.

"aaaaassHHHIYAAAAAA"

hanae flinched as he turned towards the window. abeno's face was squished onto the window his fist was pounding against the glass.

___ kept her calm mask on and opened the door. when the door slid open abeno was standing there, ears fuming in anger.

"oh. abeno-san, do you know hanae-san by any chance?"

___ asked.

"y-yes i do.. n-now if you will.."

abeno said as he dashed inside to strangle hanae.

"you idiot! i strictly told you not to mess around in the underworld! now you disturbed ___!"

abeno exclaimed as he shook hanae.

"a-ack! i'm s-sorry!"

hanae said as he clasped his hands together.

abeno was suddenly paralyzed and he dropped hanae.

"abeno-san.. would you stop strangling hanae-san? everyone makes mistakes."

___ scolded as abeno remained paralyzed.

she then sighed and de-paralyzed abeno.

"anyway, you two must have something more important to attend to. i'll see you, abeno-san.."

___ then turned to hanae and smiled.

"hanae-san~"

hanae blushed a million shades of red as steam came out of his two ears.

"i-i'll s-surely come b-back for you ___-san!"

hanae stuttered as abeno dragged him away with fuzzy trailing along.

___ only chuckled and waved at hanae. hanae still had his head in the clouds as abeno dragged him through the underworld's streets.

"oi, ashiya!"

abeno called out a few times as he smacked hanae's head.

"o-ow!"

hanae exclaimed as he held the top of his head.

"what the hell is wrong with you and that face you were making?"

abeno asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"o-oh nothing~ i-i think i'm love with ___-san.."

hanae said as he squished his cheeks.

"seems like ___ feels the same way.. did you see the look on her face?"

abeno said and hanae perked up and picked fuzzy up.

"really?!"

hanae asked with stars and glitter in his eyes.

abeno bonked hanae with his hand.

"i don't know. now get back to work."
