1. Don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning? Well, if you set an alarm in the morning, (earlier than usual) and eat breakfast before you get ready, you tend to be able to get out the door on time!
2. Get your clothes out the night before, that way, in the morning you're not rushing to get ready!
3. DON'T DATE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. Dating in middle school causes drama between friends. Also, if you break up, IT GETS AKWARD!
4. Find a good book series to read! If I'm upset, reading helps.
5. Have a diary, expressing yourself in writing might help you to feel better.
6. Talk to your friends, don't shut them out!
7. Listen to music, a lot of times music is the best medicine. (Laughter is to, sometimes.)
8. ENJOY MIDDLE SCHOOL! You only get the experience once!
9. Running helps me think, maybe it'll help you, it'll clear your mind.
10. Don't hang out with people who make you feel bad about yourself. Even if they claim they're just "joking".
