Chapter 2:
I woke up at 8:00am grateful that I had a bit of a sleep in because the university I was attending today was only just down the road. I got up and walked out to the kitchen turned the radio on before putting on some toast and grabbing out the traditional vegemite. While that cooked I went and put on simple makeup foundation, mascara on my awesomely long lashes and black liner on top and bottom lines
I ate breakfast walking around the house before grabbing out a maroon knit wool sweater, that I tucked into a black skirt with black spotty stockings and black high top converse. I finished getting ready by tying my brown and blonde dip died hair into a loose bun and grabbed my laptop case that held my books and my handbag.
I walked towards the university realising how cold Sydney and been this winter compared to usual Australian weather. I stopped at the caffe again and grabbed a chai latte kinda disappointed that the guy from yesterday wasn't there. I walked through the university making my self familiar with the place before going to my first makeup class.
It was 12:30 and I walked around the grass area in the middle of the university. I looked away from where I was walking for two seconds and me being the clumsy person I was ran into someone dropping both our stuff,
" oh my god, I'm so sorry" I said picking up my books before looking up and meeting with the same greeney blue eyes from the day before.
" hi, again" he said smiling handing my my laptop bag.
" hi, I'm sorry about running into you I'm extremely clumsy" I said and chuckled.
" it's fine, so um you go here" he said and we started to walk.
" um yeah, doing makeup and literacy" I said smiling
" strange selection" he said chuckling as he stopped under a tree.
" and you,"
" music" he said smiling.
" we'll um I gotta go but I might see you this after noon at the coffee shop....." I said smiling starting to walk backwards away.
" Ashton" he said grinning
" Ella" I giggled a bit
" bye, don't run into anyone else" he said and smiled walking off to my next class.
I was at the coffee shop again and this time the guy who was at Uni and here yesterday and I were having coffee. I had found out he's 18, plays the drums and is extremely sweet,
" so how long have you lived here for now?" He asked sipping his coffee and me my classic chai latte that he had made.
" about 3 months now" I said nodding,
" still not used to how much colder it is compared to Brisbane" I laughed and he chuckled.
" what are you doin on Tuesday afternoon?" Ashton asked and I smiled and shrugged.
" nothin"
" my um band 5 seconds of summer are playing here at 4:30 and um you don't have to like I know you have assignments and stuff, but um yeah I was just wondering if you wanted to come?" He asked nervously.
" yeah I'd really like too" I replied smiling and he seemed to get less nervous.
We sat and talked for about 2 hours before it had started to get dark and we both decided we should go. I started to walk home a bit nervous cause of how dark it was getting I had gotten to around the corner when I heard heavy footsteps coming around the corner my heart started racing as they got closer I walked a bit quicker. I felt a hand on my shoulder and screamed as I turned around and saw Ashton standing their in shock after I had screamed.
