chapter nine

*vic's POV*

I wake up by someone tapping my cheek, I keep my eyes closed pretending to be asleep.
"Vic" I hear kellin say softly into my ear, his breath fanning over the side of my face. I pretend to stir slightly, moving my hands to his sides before starting to tickle him while opening my eyes.
"Noo! Vic stop!" He yells through fits of giggles. I straddle his waist so he can't roll away me as I continue to tickle him while he begs me to stop through his uncontrollable laughter.
God his laugh is amazing.
After a while I stop as he gets out of breath.
"Goodmorning beautiful" I watch as his face gets slightly red again. I lay back down next to him again and pull him to my chest as he whines trying to pull away from me.
"Vic I g-gotta go to the b-bath-room" he says. I let him go slowly and he runs to the bathroom, locking the door behind him.

My mom comes into the room "vic are you alright? We heard you come home late yesterday?" She asks.
"Uh yeah I was with kellin we kinda had a fight with his father yesterday and he's gonna be living here from now on." I explain to her.
"Oh god is he alright?" She asked with a shocked expression on her face. Just then the toilet flushes and kellin comes into the room not long after that.
"See for yourself " I shrug, he seems to be fine except for a few bruises but he doesn't seem to be hurt a lot anymore.
He awkwardly stands in the middle of the room when he noticed my mom. "Hi kellin, hiw are you feeling?" She askes walking over to him.
He looks over to me hesitantly before answering. " I-I'm fine" he mumbles while looking away shyly. My mom gives him a warm smile vefore wrapping her arms around him "I just want you to know that you're more than welcome here, okay?" He slowly nods as an answer "good, beacause you are a part of our family from now on" he pulls back and smiles at him again. Getting a small smile from kellin in return.
After that she leaves us.

"C-could I take a-a shower?" He asks.
"Ofcourse kells, you don't have to ask that you know. You live here now so shower whenever you want to" I reply with a smile. "Also do you wanna watch a movie later? I don't really feel like going out, unless you want to go somewhere?" He shakes his head in response before going into the bathroom.
No way that I'm gonna get changed, I'm not leavibg anyway.
I walk downstairs to get some breakfast for kellin and me.

"Morning victor" mike says when I entered the kitchen.
"Morning" I mumble back while searching trough the fridge for some pancake batter. When I turned around to get a pan Mike's eyes went wide. "Woah vic what happend to your eye?" He asked shocked.
"Got into a couple of fights yesterday" I say with a shrug while turnig around to bake pancakes.
"YOU DID WHAT?" He yelled behind me.
"I beat up jake and some of his friends because they were beating kellin and later that day his father who tried to kill him." I say dead sirious. "I just did what I had to"
"Hey tony and jaime are coming over later" he says suggestive.
"What are you guys gonna do?" I lean against the kitchencounter.
"We're gonna play some video games I guess or watch a movie." He answers with a shrug.
"Okay, I'll ask kellin if he wants to come" I say before walking up to my room with two plates with pancakes.
Kellin sits on the couch playing with his raven black hair.
He looks up at me when I sat down and I handed him one of the plates. I smile when he immediately starts to eat. He looks at me when he noticed me staring, his face turning red right away.
"W-why are you s-staring at me?" He asked while looming at me kinda curious.
"I'm just so proud of you" I tell him with a smile before pressing my lips against his cheeks.
He looks down and continues eating the rest of the pancakes while I finish mine after turning on the tv.
"Mike asked if we wanted to come hang out with him, tony and jaime later?" I ask him. He looks at me for a long time before answering. "Do y-you wanna g-go?"
"Only of you'll come with me" I say with a shrug. "We're just gonna watch a movie or play some video games."
He slowly nods his head "okay" he says after that with a small smile.
I smile brightly at him before getting up to take a shower.
"I'm gonna take a shower real quick okay?"
