the rest of the day was uneventful. I wake up to our alarms the next morning, id already packed last night so I got up and changed into a pair of ripped black jeans and a black hoodie. "morning Brianna called as I put my bag by the door. she hands me a bowl of oatmeal to eat, once id finished I immediately had to puke again. once id finished and brushed my teeth I ordered an Uber to the airport. the uber arrived 10 minutes later, the airport was so quiet and luckily we were the first ins in our check-in line. it took another hour and a half before we were checked in. to say I was nervous was an understatement. the whole time we were waiting for brie was reassuring me, I don't know what id do without her by my side. eventually, we boarded and took off, the flight was 2 and a half hours long. my motion sickness was so bad though, all the flight attendants were worried but they looked after me and when we landed they wished me well. the air outside was boiling and inside was worse and crowded. We make out way through the airport and into a taxi, once we were checked in we had to figure out how we would find Luke. When we change into dresses, I had a pretty white dress with a beige halter neck and Brianna had a white, lace one.

We looked for ages to find Luke but to no avail, but we did hear about a royal announcement that was to be made later that day so we decided to attend this announcement. As we get to the palace gates the announcement was in full swing, a woman whom I presume was the queen was saying "I am pleased to announce the engagement of my son, Prince Luke and his betrothed, princess Amelia of Avalor !" I had to take a double-take, I look at Brianna "it's Luke" she whispered "I know, let's go" I said, not wanted to be there any longer I start to make my way through the crowds but was stopped but none other than Ace "let. Me. Through....please" "I can't the queen requested your presence" "why?" "Luke was erratic and agitated and tried to go talk to you and this displeased the queen" "but-" "hey ace!" Brianna said as she finally appeared beside me "oh Um ...hello miss Brianna " he said sheepishly "we have to go" he said firmly and I tell Brianna as ace ushers us to the castle. He takes us to a room where the queen Clarissa was waiting "so you're the American girl, and who are you?" "She is my friend Brianna and yes we were friends with your son, but did not know who he truly was, we only came to return this book to him and to say goodbye" I take the book he'd left from my bag and hand it to her, thank god id thought of an excuse I didn't want to just say why I was really here straight out, she takes the book and examines it then sighs "I don't know what you have done to Luke but I can assure you it will end, and I wish to see you gone tomorrow since you've served your purpose" "we can't leave because we have something important to tell him" she laughs "I can't imagine what's so important for him that I don't know" "please just two minutes" "no, now remember you have to be gone by tomorrow" I was going to say something but was lifted away but security and was met by ace in the hallway. I turn to him and plead "Ace please I need to talk to him, it important!" "The queen said no" "please he deserves to know this, he needs to know, " Brianna said, ace grunted and said, "fine you have three minutes when he arrives in the throne room okay?" "Thank you!" He takes us to the throne room and we wait. While Brianna went with ace a guy came up to me he had striking green eyes and long brown hair "what are you doing here?" He asked kindly searching my face "I need to speak with prince Luke, it's important" "my brother can be late I grant that" "your Luke's brother?" "Yes have we met?" "No I went to the college he stayed at while in America-" and the doors open to Luke, ace, and amelia"we'll talk soon!" The man said and nodded to Luke on his way out "Ariella!, I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye I had to come back and-" "stop please, I need to tell you something but I don't need your excuses" he nods silently waiting for me to continue "I'm pregnant and it's yours and I hope Amelia will make you happy, but why didn't you tell me and lead me on? " " what? seriously?" I stayed silent but I nodded and waited for him to say more or at least answer my question "well if you have nothing else to say then I guess this is goodbye and if you want to see the baby you know where to find me" I start walking down the hall with Brianna in tow when the queen enters the hall "you cannot leave, not yet" "but you -" "the child must remain here and when it's born it should be given to Luke and Amelia" " NO you can't take my child away from me" "she's right, mother, you cannot do this" the guy from earlier said as he entered through the side door "mother please this is her child, and while I'd love to be with them I can't so it is her decision rightfully" Luke said, "silence, this is ridiculous this child is royalty and should be treated as such!" "I promise you I want nothing to do with this life I only thought he should know, no one will ever know but those in this room, I won't ask for money or anything and he can visit the child whenever he'd like, please just let me go home" the guy whispered something to the queen and she said, "you have some form of accommodation here correct?" "Yes, my friend and I are staying in the regional hotel until tomorrow" "okay then you and you friend will be back here at 10 tomorrow and we will discuss this matter fully, we have some business to attend to ahead of the coronation, good evening!" She exits the room and Luke tries to talk to me but she calls him away. I couldn't bear to look at him anyway, so we then were told to go to the front doors to get into the car ace was pulling up for us, but we didn't know where to go so we get the guy from earlier to take us "I'm sorry about my mother she is not the friendliest at times" "it's okay, but I will say this I am NOT giving up my baby" "I'll do everything I can to make sure that doesn't happen then" "thank you" I sat on the verge of tears, the guy notices and gives me a hug "hey it's okay, it will be okay alright I promise! after all, you practically like family now!" He whispers I relax into this hug "thank you! " "it's my pleasure!, here we are, I'll meet you here tomorrow morning at 10 okay?" I nod and thank him again. We get into the car and Brianna gets me tissues and I cry and brie tries to reassure me all the way to the hotel. Ace said he would meet us back at the hotel at 9:30 and tells me not to worry he also gives Brianna his number. I decide to get an early nights sleep and I dreamt oddly of the mystery guy from today, I wonder what that meant...............
