The Group's All Grown Up

Finally my makeup is done after messing it up 4 times, i look in the mirror hoping i won't find any other issues. Then i realize it's taken me 30 minutes to do my makeup and during that whole time i haven't heard any noise from Faith. What in the hell is she doing? So i get up and go into the living room hoping she hasn't fucked anything up that i would have to fix because i just don't have the patience this morning. But to my relief she hadn't instead she had fallen fast asleep in my granny's recliner. I walk back to my room quietly so i wouldn't wake her and finished up getting ready. Finally i have all our stuff together even had her stuff for show and tell together and ready. I grab all of it up take it outside to the porch as always and wait, finally 2 minutes before my bus is supposed to show up my grandma arrives. I go in grab Faith and hand her off to her, said my goodbyes and jogged off to the bus. This was my life every morning, i have maybe 2 minutes of peace on the bus before more people get on then i have to listen to the loud annoying sound of Mcmuffin's voice and the slightly annoying freshmen who is way to perky in the mornings for me and always insists on having conversations with me in the morning.

Finally we reach school, i walk into the commons area and go straight to where are group stands every morning and i saw the weirdest thing, Tamra! Normally its Shay and a few of the boys but today just Tamra. Where in the hell is she?

We do the usual stand and wait, with occasional eating.

SHAY!!! Not that she could actually hear me, i hadn't said anything. Her and Kari make their way over, there's the normal hugs and the sexual harassment that follows; that's when i normally separate.

I become the outsider, no one notices or feels it because to them i'm not.

I stand with a smile on my face and listen. They're all so happy, Shay's showing Lyssa pictures of Kari's new guy while Kari stands there smiling like the goofball she is. Sadies is laughing her ass off at something she herself did, and Tamra is busy harassing my big cousin Tyler; poor Tyler. This is a typical morning for us, here in this spot; the spot we've been in every morning for the past 3 years.

The bell rings and as usual nobody notices i haven't said a damn thing but that's okay its better this way Shay pulls me with her and we're off to first period.
