"Come on Dominic pick up.", I anxiously shook my leg. I was so nervous. One side of me was hoping he'd answer, but the other side was hoping he would just decline my call. I was planning on yelling at him, but I don't yell at anyone.

"Hello.", I heard as the two lines connected. "Nick?", I let my voice go as soft as it could. "What?", he asked dryly. I was shocked, Dominic has never talked to me like this before.

I cleared my throat. "Why did you leave?", hoping to get a good respond, but I got. "I don't know, just did.", my leg stopped shaking. The world stopped spinning.

Who is this and what did they do with my best friend. "Who is this and what did you do with my best friend?", I semi-yelled, it's getting there.

"What are you talking about. I'm sorry Sira, but I got to go.", with that the lines disconnected. What in the world? Dominic has never spoken to me like that. When he's near me, he's always joyful and filled with lots of excitement.

How he was just talking to me sounded nothing like the regular days. Maybe something terrible is going on. One of his parents could have died. Or maybe his dog got loose. I don't know, but I know I don't want him to go through this pain. Alone at that.

Its now that I'm upset with Sira because I'm not. I'm upset at my parents, they figured out Sira goes to Juilliard, so they stopped paying my for tuition.

I was forced out of the university because of them and lady Elizabeth back at fostering facility. She told them Sira attended the college, she told them to get me out of there, or force the college to expel Sira.

I couldn't let that happen. There's no way in the world I could live with myself if I knew the reason of her not being able to pursue her dreams.

I'm protecting Sira, by not telling her.
