Stunned we all go towards the trapdoor. Guns aimed we all aimed at the old door. It it's opened by Nate with a jolt. 5 walkers are there craving anything alive. I raise my assault rifle and fire 11 bullets total. All walkers drop. I close the trap door and lock it hoping more men won't come back.
We all turn to the three girls we have names though now the girl with red hair is Bethany. The girl with short curly blonde hair is Cloie and the girl with long blonde hair is Ella The next question I say demandingly"how many have you killed" an immediate "what" is given by Cloie. "Walkers how many have you killed" I respond. "What are walkers" " the things that try to kill us the things that crave people them are walkers"Gavin interrupts. "None". Stunned by the answer the crew and I look at each other for at least 5 minutes. "None?" Trevor says breaking the silence. "Yes none" Ella says sounding embarrassed by the question. I then ask" do I know you guys from anywhere". Cloie says yes Brennen you do. Everyone except the girls now are surprised considering no one mentioned a crew members name. "How do you know me" I say urgently.
"Remember elementary school,High school". It now comes to my mind of me meeting her like my brain was signaled to remember at that moment. The crew and I then decide what to do with them the choices were take them as a crew member or leave them for walker meat... We voted and decided that there was no point of leaving the girls. As one of us the next morning we go and meet at a field with a barrel at the end of it. We let the girls shoot all the types of guns we had including a m119,m16,44 magnum, a cross bow,and ak47. At the end of the field there was a walker slowly limping towards us. Willingly I give my assault rifle to Cloie. She slowly lifts the gun up and fires. The walker drops dead in its tracks. Literally. We go back to the shelter. Me Trevor and Gavin sleep on the floor due to giving the girls our beds. Exhausted from spending the whole day at the field I drift off to sleep.
