-Zoey's P.O.V-
I sat calmly in the living room, tying my brown boots when my phone started ringing. I answered without looking at the ID, I'm seriously not in the mood today. I blame my periode and the 3 idiots.
"So it's Zoey." I said and heard a chuckle.
"So it's Colton." He answered, making me roll my eyes.
"I don't care." That just made him chuckle more.
"I know, babe. I was just calling to ask if you wanting picking up or to meet us by the entrance?" He asked.
"I'll meet you there, I wanna spend as much time separated from you three as possible." I said.
"Ouch, that stung right in the heart." I could practically heard his smirk over the line. "But we're driving you back afterwards. See you soon, don't miss me too much."
"Bye." I said flatly and rolled my eyes. I stood up and straightened my skirt and crop top, then went to the foyer and looked myself in the mirror. Everything seemed good enough to me. Before I left, I checked up on mum and called a cab. I grabbed my black coat from the closet in the hall and took my phone and money.
Just as I had locked the door, the cab pulled up. I got in and told him the destination there. I'm seriously not in the modd for this all, but whatever. I wonder what they would've done if I stood them up? Maybe I can just tell the driver to take a U-turn and I'll go back home, in comfy clothes and eat ice cream while watch Disney movies. They're my favorite.
"We're here, miss."
"Oh, thanks." I smiled and handed him the money. I got out of the car and then let out a sigh, seeing two of the three boys standing by the entrance. I stuffed my hands in my pockets and walked over to them.
"Hello, sunshine." James greeted me first.
"Yeah." I said grumpily.
"Okay, so here are the bracelets." Colton said, coming over. He handed one to each of them and they tried to put them on, but I just looked at them before I began giggling, grabbing all of their attention.
"Fuck this shit! It doesn't work." Nick grumbled. I pulled my hands our of my pockets and took one of the bracelets Colton held and put it around my right wrist in under 5 seconds.
"Tadaa." I said, showing them the blue bracelet sitting around my wrist.
"How did you do that?" James asked, frowning. I took his bracelet and his right wrist. I did the same I had done with mine and clipped it together, then it stuck.
I ended up helping the other two as well before we entered the fair or park, whatever you want to call it.
"You're more grumpy than usually." James said matter-of-factly.
"No shit sherlock." I rolled my eyes at him.
"Did your cat die or something?" Nick asked sarcastically.
"Actually Hanson died 3 weeks ago, I'm pretty cure my neighbor drowned him." I said honestly.
"Oh, shit... Sorry." He smiled apologetically while I just shrugged.
"Anyways, we decided that we're each gonna spend some time with you alone in the beginning and then at the end we'll be all together. Is that okay with you?" James asked.
"Nope." I said, popping the 'p'.
"Too bad, cause I'm starting." Nick said and took one of my hands. He pulled me to a rollercoaster thing. We followed the line which wasn't too long. "Up for making a deal?"
"What do you have on your mind?" I asked as we were allowed to got onto the thing. Nick helped me like a gentleman to get seated and then sat down beside me.
"If I get to kiss you for minumum 10 seconds on one of the rides when the picture is taken, I'll be your servant for a week?" He said, making me purse my lips in thought.
"Fine, deal. I'm not a good kisser though." Nick chuckled and nodded. "I've gotta hold your hand on the rides though, you have no idea how much this shit scares me." I said. He shrugged and opened his palm which I took just in time for the ride to start.
That's how we continued. Ride after ride.
"Okay, so this one is the last and this is the one I get to kiss you." Nick said. I looked at the name and my eyes widened.
"No, I don't like these." I whined, trying to get away from there.
"Come on, Zoey. I'll be there all the time." Nick said, pulling me along. We stood in a line for only one ride, then walked out into the big circle thing. This is one of those tall towers which you just sit in seats and spin in circles in the air. It's scary shit.
"Please don't make me go up there, Nick." I begged him. He stopped for a second to look at me, then sighed.
"Please, I actually like this one. It's not as bad as it looks like. The view is amazing." He said, all cockyness aside. I stood there for a bit, then sighed and let him pull my arm to follow him.
We got seated in the double seat and he helped me get fastened properly.
"It's gonna be okay," he said when he noticed I tensed up. I was practically shaking with nerves and my nails dug into his hand.
"Oh my God, I'm gonna die." I said when this death machine started moving upwards and slowly turning in circles.
"No, we're not." He said calmly beside me.
"Yes, we are. I saw this video on Youtube once and this couple went up in one of these. The chains gave in and they died. That's gonna happen to us." I said. Nick began laughing and I frowned. I wasn't even looking, I was just staring at my lap.
"Hey..." Nick used his free hand to tilt my chin up. He smiled and then he managed to get my hand out of his, only to move it around me. "The camera is there." He pointed and then he leaned down to me.
I looked him dead in the eyes and let him do everything. Nick's nose touched mine and then his eyes closed while his left hand went to the back of my neck and he pressed our lips together.
Just to feel more grounded, I placed my palms on his chest. Of course I kissed him back, it was a part of the deal and I never break my deals. Nick's lips were smooth on mine and he kissed slowly, but his lips were still kinda rough on mine. He bit my lips gently and pulled my mouth open, only to deepen the kiss.
I forgot where we were for a second there and when I pulled back from him, we were already going down.
When we got out of our seats Nick had this smug look on his face and he stopped right outside to look at the pictures. I was just curious, so I looked as well. I had been careful with my skirt, so that's good.
"I'll have number 53, please." Nick said, making my eyes go to picture 53. And there it was. Nick and I in that seat, him with one arm wrapped around me and the other on my neck while my hands were on his chest, our lips were molded together in a kiss.
The girl working there printed out the picture and put it in this paper frame thingy. She looked between us two and then to the picture and smiled when she handed it to Nick in a small plastic bag.
"You two look really cute." I was about to protest, but Nick talked before me.
"Thanks, it's mostly her though." He said, wrapping one arm around me. The girl smiled adoringly before we walked away. We walked to where we had split up earlier and there stood James with his hands in his pockets, leaning on a fence.
