The New Dorm

Chapter 1

~James' POV~

Finally I get to my new dorm since my old dorm mate graduated, sadly I couldn't keep my old dorm room. At least I can possibly get one new friend this year. Oh I'm here now, dorm room number 401. I knocked on the door but there was no answer so I pull out my new key. I unlock the door and shove my stuff in.

Once I set my stuff down on the other side of the room that's not full of random stuff, I sit on my bed and grab my lap top. After about 30 minutes I realize that the clothing in this room looks like... no it can't be him. Just then I hear a knock on the door and then it opens to reveal the one and only Alex, he's the schools bad boy. Just my luck I get a dorm with him.

"Hi Alex" I say in a kind of disgusted tone when he walks in.

"Glad I don't need to introduce my self James" He says in the same tone.

"H-how do you know my n-name" I say quietly. Then I notice a pinkish tint on his cheeks once he realizes what he said.

"I-it was on the paper t-that I got to let me know w-who I got as a dorm mate" He almost whispers and starts to blush more. I stand up and walk over to him since he was looking down. I decide to mess with him since he has messed with a lot of my friends before. I put my hand under his chin and lift his head up to meet mine, we were so close I could hear his breath hitch.

Then I whisper to him. "I have to go but see you later Alex" I then grab his hand and place a slip of paper with my number on it. Then I just walk out and act like nothing happened in my new dorm room.

After I finish the walk to one of my best friends, Amy's dorm and knock before walking in after I hear her yell "Come in". Once I walk in I get hug attacked and fall to the floor with Amy tackling me. "Amy get off me" I yell giggling. Once I stand up she asks me the most dreaded question that I did not want to answer. "Who's your new dorm mate?". I fall onto her bed in the most dramatic way. I respond "The one person we both hate". She gasps and jumps on-top of me and yells "OMG is its Alex!". I just nod and she hugs me so hard I can't breath and then I have to slap her arm to get her to stop suffocating me. "I will deal with him plus I have a good way of getting him to stop messing with our friends" I say with a smirk. She then grabs me by the shoulders and yells "Tell me how to get him to stop!". I then escape from her grip and respond also with a smirk "Can't tell ya". Then I wrap my arm around her and say "How about some Starbucks?". She then practically screams yes and we walk off to my car and start the short drive over there.

~Skip Drive~

Once we arrive I tell her to go order what ever she wants and to get me a PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte). I then feel a buzz in my pocket and pull out my phone to see a text from who I guess is Alex.

(A:Alex)

(J:James)

A: Where did you go I saw you drive off?

J: I'm with my friend Amy at Starbucks.

A: Is it a date?!?!

J: Why would you care and no I'm gay which means no girls for me.

A: O.o

A: Ummm..... I have to go see you at the dorm.

J: Okay.

I look up to see Amy walking over with the drinks then we start to drive back to the dorms.

~Skip Drive~

Once we get back I kiss Amy on the cheek and we say our goodbyes and we walk back to our dorms. Once I get back I open the door which is unlocked. I look around to find a note on my bed saying "I went out to get pizza ill be back in a bit <3 A". Wonder whats with the heart. Oh right I came out to him and he might like me. Time for the plan to get Alex to stop messing with us is now happening.
