*Ember's P.O.V*

Once I had finished texting Austin, Nix and I started getting ready to go out. I got out of my lazy clothes and into some more suitable clothes.

I grabbed my phone and wallet before we left out hotel room and made our way down the street as we were within walking distance of the restaurant we were meeting at. As Phoenix and I make our way to Nandos, we chat happily about our road trip, starting from our hometown Geraldton to  Melbourne. It took us a mere 15 minutes to arrive at our destination.

"Seem's like they beat us here," Phoenix laughs as we walk in to the diner, hearing the loud chatter from the 5 boys.

I laugh and nod in agreement, leading us both towards the table. When Austin sees us walking towards them, he immediately stands to greet us both.

"Flame," Austin smiles, hugging me tightly, "God I've missed my little cousin."

"I've missed you too Aust," I mumble into his chest.

We pull away from each other before Austin hugs Nix. The other boys stand to greet us. Each boy had a smile on their face as both Nix and I made our way around the group, getting a hug from each. The last of the band to hug me was Alan, which caused me to turn as red as a tomato. Phoenix and I took our seats, me between Alan and Austin and Nix between Tino and Aaron.

"It's great to finally meet the famous Ember, Austin is always talking about!"

"It's awesome to finally meet my big cousin's band," I respond. "It's only taken how many years and like 6 visits to Australia."

The boys laugh at my sarcasm while Austin shoves me jokingly. The light conversation continued before eventually we all separated into our own conversations. I was chatting with Austin and Alan. Phoenix seems to be chatting with Aaron while Tino and Phil were talking between themselves.

"How's Aunt Becca?" Austin asks me.

"She's good," I reply, shrug. "She misses you a lot."

"That's cause I'm fabulous," Austin teases, pretending to flick his hair.

"Is he always like this?" I question Alan.

"Not really, he's usually calmer," Alan laughs, "So in other words, less egotistical."

Austin starts whining about our food taking forever. Then with one whining, the others join in. It doesn't take long till our food finally arrives. I had ordered some peri peri chicken with some fries. While I ate, I noticed, in the corner of my eye, that a certain ginger princess kept glancing at me.

"When do you have sound check?" I wondered.

"At 3, so before meet and greet," Alan informs me.

I smile at him and nod. Everyone was chatting about tonight. They were touring with Linkin Park; Nix and I were excited about that. I had already seen Austin perform with Linkin Park before, even got to meet them and get photos which was amazing.

"What's your favourite Linkin Park song?" Alan randomly questions me.

"Probably Castle of Glass," I respond, looking at Alan beside me.

Alan awkwardly rubs his neck, "yeah, sorry, Austin sort of told me about him."

"It's fine," I simply say, "it's been while."

"Still doesn't make it hurt any less," Alan states.

"Very true," I nod.

Everyone had finished their food so we all stood after the boys payed for our meals. Nix and I went to pay for our own meals but Alan payed for mine while Aaron payed for Nix's. I knew when he payed, that he and Nix would totally start dating!

"You guys better get to the venue for soundcheck," I scolded, "You only half half an hour to get to the venue."

The boys laugh before hugging Nix and I goodbye. I got a kiss on the forehead from Austin and a kiss on the cheek from Alan. Once they had gotten into their van, Phoenix and I left and made our way back to the hotel to start getting ready for the concert.
