I walked into my closet and started going through my dresses. I loved this house so much. My mom bought this house 3 years ago because our 1 bedroom apartment was getting a little to small for us. She got really lucky when she found out my Aunt Lily was moving and selling her house. And let me just say it was a beautiful house at that. I finally got my own bedroom, bathroom, and drum roll please. MY VERY OWN WALK-IN CLOSET.
I pushed all my dresses in front of me so I could see them and started picking them off one by one.
Red? To flashy.
Green? No.
Black? If this was a funeral.
Blue? Maybe.
Omg.....Blue!!!
I ran next to my bed and pulled out a Orange Shopping bag out from under my bed.
Now you might think 'If this girl has a walk-in closet why in hell does she have a bran-spanken new dress under her bed still in the bag?'
Well my friend, this isn't just any dress, it's a hand made, $1,573 dollar dress that I bought a week-ago that my mother doesn't know about. So there for it is under my bed just waiting for a special occasion.
An occasion so special that she won't even notice that it's new. And this is that occasion.
I pulled the dress carefully out of the bag and placed in on the bed. I was perfect.
(A/N: The dress above is the dress she is going to wear. I'm to lazy to do descriptions :P)
I walked over to my dresser and picked out a long necklace and shoes before jumping into the shower.

I finished the last curl in my hair just in time. It was almost 4:00 and I still had to clean up the kitchen. I pulled on my white heels and headed down stairs.
"Ohh.. Honey you look beautiful...I'm so happy that you are finally going to meet Robert and his son. I mean I've been wanting you to meet him for so long. I just didn't know how you would feel about me getting serous. But I really think you'll love him and he's really good with kids. Well your not really a kid any more, but never the less I think you get what I mean......"
I listened to my mom ramble on about how great Robert was while I cleaned off the table with a cloth. I mean I'm sure he's great but I wonder if his son is nice. How old is he? What's his mane?
Well I'm sure I'll find out.
Ding Dong Ding Dong
"I'll get it" I yelled into the air hoping mom heard me.
I opened the door smiling "Hey, you must be...."
I stoped talking and took a good look at the boy standing in front of me.

I Frowned. "What the hell are you doing here Ashton?"
"Oh I'm fine Charlotte Thanx for asking. And you do look very dashing today" He responded Looking up and down to check me out.
"Urg Your disgusting! What's your problem any way you..."
"Oh I'm so sorry I forgot something in the car, I'm Robert." He finish handing out his hand as he approached.
"Oh Robert I'm so glad to see you" Mom said coming up behind me and giving her Hubby a hug. Wait if that's Robert and and ........................Omg. Ashton *Gulp* was was his his son??
"Well Charlotte are you just going to stand there or invite me in." Ashton said sweetly.
But let me tell you.... he doesn't fool me.
"Oh yeah umm just come on in" I said in a mono tone. Backing away and heading my way over to the table. Ash followed and so did mom and Robert. Lets just call him Robb for short I'm too lazy to say his whole name.
"So I heard you to talking out side do you know Charlotte, Ashton?" Rob said as we sat down and mom checked on the Lasagna in the oven.
"Why yes Father I do know Char" He said smiling at me. Grr...I Hate Him. He knows I hate that nickname. Grrrrrrr " Actually we're almost best friends" He continued. "We see each other every day."
"Is this true Charlotte" Mom said pulling out the lasagna and placing it on the table.
"Sure."
I didn't want to tell her that we didn't get along.That would reck her day plus I've never even seen her this nervous before.
Mom and Rob went on and on and on about how they met and blah blah blah love at first sight blah blah blah. I mean its sooo cheesy. How could anybody believe in this love shit?? You know what happened last time I did the whole love thing? I got my heart broken. But this Rob guy isn't going to fool me. For all I know he could be just like his son. I need a drink.
I grabbed the wine bottle from the middle of the Table.
"That's not the way we set first impressions Charlotte." Mum whispered as she put her hand out to grab the bottle.
Before she could touch the bottle Ashton grabbed it and took a big chug.
"To first impressions" He said smiling as he held the bottle out to the middle of the table.
"To first impressions" We laughed as every one said at once clinging there glasses together.
"Well, I think this would be a good time for me and Robert to make our little announcement." Mom said.
"Yes umm." Rob hesitated. "Would you like to or me?" He asked.
"I'll do it if you don't mind" She started.
"Well umm let's see." She thought for a moment. "Me and Robert have been keeping us kind of in secrecy to you guys cause we weren't sure of you would take this. Epically you Charlotte."
Wow mum way to single me out......" Anyways we think that you are old enough to understand that we want to spend more time together and I have been thinking that maybe it is time for Robert and Ashton should move in with us." She Finished
"Wait! What? Move in?" I struggled not to raise my voice.
"Yes."
"But-But-I" I Stuttered "There isn't enough room. Where would Ash sleep?"
"I'll talk to you about that later."
"I-I-I"
"I think that this is a great idea. I really do like you Ms. Fox. You seem like a very nice lady. I'm very glad my Father met you he really does seem to like you." Ashton spoke up.
What was he doing? He was provoking this? I can't believe him.
"Thank you Ashton you seem really nice too."
"HAHA Yeah 'Seem'."
"Well I think we should go and let Charlotte and Linda talk." Robb said turning to mum.
"Thank you so much for this wonderful dinner" He said as he gave my mom a gentle kiss on the lips.
"Anytime Honey" She replied.
I followed as mum showed them to the door and said her good bye.
"Lets go sit and talk" She said after she closed the door.
