'I can't believe that I actually did it; It seems so surreal.'

I look back up to my house still not really believing that it's mine. It just looked so homey; I couldn't really explain it.  When I was still roommates with Felicity I thought I would never be able to afford any of the houses that caught my attention, and I never really wanted to rent anything, but in Central City I was finally able to buy the house I have always imagined calling home.

One of the movers that were bringing the boxes into the house from the moving truck came over to me and said, " I think that's the last of it."

I gave a thankful smile " Okay, thank you. I hope you have a nice day."

Chuckling he says, " You too, Miss."

I give a small wave when the truck starts to drive away; I turn back to my new home, and I head over to the open front door closing it behind me I rest my back against it and let out a relieved sigh with my eyes closed. When I open them I look at the boxes spread through out the living room.

" This is going to be a long night."

...

Finally down unpacking everything from the boxes I collapsed onto the couch. I look through the room noticing that now everything's where I want it to be it's a whole lot more breathable in here and not as crowded. Just as I'm about to fall asleep from exhaustion, my stomach grumbles loudly in disapproval. With a exaggerated sigh, I force myself off of the couch and grab my phone from the coffee table to search up a café close by.

While I'm doing that I start walking over to the door and I grab my gray hoodie from the coat rack on the wall. I walk out the door with my bag in hand and I grab my keys to lock it, not really feeling like having my house robbed on my first day here. When I'm done with that I stand in the middle of the porch with my phone in hand still look for some place to eat at. Still scanning through the website I'm on I finally find something that looks decent enough to eat at and start heading in the direction of the diner.

When I'm half way there I start to pass a large building with a large sign on it that says S.T.A.R. Labs. A bit curious about the crowd surrounding it I take a detour to see what's going on. As I'm about to reach the building I start to feel the ground shake. The people around the building start freaking out about something that must be wrong with the particle accelerator, which I assume must be the reason why everybody's there.

The cops surrounding the building, I guess to keep people from going inside, started to yell over the panicked crowd telling everybody to evacuate the area. It didn't really help much because now the crowd was pushing pass everybody to get as far away from the building as possible, and I ended up on the ground because some large lady couldn't seem to wait for me to start moving. Trying to protect my head from be smashed into the pavement the building in front of me explodes.

My body gets thrown through the air, landing on the other side of the street. My body smashes into the concrete; my head slamming on the corner of the sidewalk. I start to see dark spots come into my vision, but I'm still able to see a little of the damage caused from the explosion before the darkness consumes me.
