Chapter fifteen: Exposed

               -Next day, 3:00 PM-
-After school, Ayumi, Genta, Mitsuhiko  and Haibara visited Conan.
Ayumi: Conan-kun!
Conan: Hi guys! What brought you here?
Mitsuhiko: To see you. Baka!
Conan in his thoughts: Of course. How stupid of myself.
Ayumi: Conan-kun! We brought you flowers, here- she gives Conan the flowers.
Conan: Thanks!
Genta: Conan, do they serve you eel and rice?
Conan: Of course not.
Genta: I'm hungry.
Ayumi and Mitsuhiko: Me too. Let's go now.
Ayumi: Bye Conan-kun. Ai-chan are you coming?
Haibara: Yes, bye Edogawa-kun.
Conan: Bye.
-Later that day-
-Ran and Sonoko came to see Conan. They entered his room.
Ran: Conan-kun, are you awake?
No response from Conan.
Sonoko: He is sleeping.
Ran: I'll wait for him to wake up.
Sonoko: I will stay too.
Ran: Ehhh?- She was surprised.
Sonoko: What? In his friend too. He saved my best friend life.
Ran: O-Okay.
-Ring! Ring!-
Ran: What is that?
Sonoko: It's his phone. Someone texted him. Let's check.
Ran: Sonoko! It's his phone.

- Ran grabs the phone and unlocks it. The text was from Hakase( Professor Agasa)
Text message: Hey, Conan-kun! Your writs watch is ready. Tell me when to bring it.
Sonoko: What did that old man invent?
Ran: He's talking about his wrist watch.
Sonoko: Oi Oi, check his messages.
Ran: Me, Haibara, Jodie, Camel, Sato etc.
Sonoko: Check his messages with that weird girl, Haibara-San.
Ran: We shouldn't! It's private- She giggled.
Sonoko: Come on, he is just a kid.
-Ran opens the text message
In the text message:
Conan: Haibara,look out. BO is looking for you.
Haibara: Are you sure?
Conan: Just got the message. Be careful. Don't drop the guard.
Haibara: Baka! They will only find a little girl, no more "Sherry"
Conan: They knew you since you were a kid.
Haibara: Anyway. Just don't be suspicious. Bye.
Conan: Bye
-End of the message
Ran: What did she mean with" They will only find a little girl, no more Sherry"
Sonoko: I don't know. Maybe, Maybe SHE KILLED A GIRL!
Ran: Baka!
-Conan woke up and saw his cellphone in Ran' hand. He took his phone back.
Ran: C-Conan-kun.
Conan: Didn't they learn you not to touch other people's things?
Sonoko: Oi! Don't lecture me!- She grabbed Conan from his pajamas and held him up.
Sonoko: Tell us, who is this "Sherry"?
Conan: Put me down!- He started screaming.
Ran: Sonoko! Leave him down!
Sonoko: After he answers my question.
Conan started to cry. How Sonoko grabbed him, reminded him how Kenji attacked him.
Ran: Sonoko! He's traumatized.
Sonoko: Ok!Ok! I'm sorry- She put Conan down, but he still continued to cry. Ran goes next to him and hugs him.
Ran: Don't worry Conan-kun, I'm here.
Sonoko sits down and leaves a big sigh. After 15 minutes Conan is asleep.
Sonoko: Hard for you, huh?
Ran: It's not his fault. He is traumatized.
Sonoko: I know, let's go home now.
Ran: Okay.
                   -A long time later-
- Three weeks passed. Conan was feeling better. He was dropped of the hospital and went to the " Detective Mouri Agency". He was welcomed by his friends and family.
- Mouri approached Conan.
Mouri: Hey Brat! I know this is weird but thanks for saving Ran.
Conan: No problem Ojisan!
- Mouri smiled and left. Haibara went to Conan. They went to a different room where no guest was.
Haibara: Kudo-Kun, How are you feeling?
Conan: It's really dangerous, for you and the others.
                -Sonoko's POV-
Sonoko in her thoughts: Hmm, where are they going?
-She went to Ran and grabbed her by the hand and pulled her.
Ran: Sonoko!
Sonoko: No time to lose, let's follow them.
- They followed Haibara and Conan. They hid and started listening to their conversation.
Haibara to Conan: It's really dangerous, for you and the others.
Conan: I know, but i wonder who the other leader is.
Haibara: Gin...
-Sonoko was surprised.
Sonoko: Are they talking about alcohol- She said to Ran with a low voice.
Ran: I don't know.
Conan: WHAT! It can't be Gin.
Haibara: Yes it can. And now, he even knows who I am. He might even find about you.
Sonoko: What is that alcohol going to find out- She said to Ran.
Ran: It seems like a person,
Conan: I just... I can't put the others around me in danger.
Haibara: Then just leave.
Conan: I can't. I need to protect Ran and the others.
Haibara: Well then, somehow we need to find their whereabouts.
Conan: We need to find a way. Anyway let's go back.- Conan started walking towards the living room where all the guest were but Sonoko stopped them.
Sonoko: Hey! Where do you think you are going?
Conan: Sonoko-neechan, what are you doing here?
Sonoko: Hmm, answer me first! Who is Gin?
Conan in his thoughts: Shit! How did she know!
Haibara: No need to know.
Sonoko: Oi! Where do you think you're going?
Haibara: What are you going to do? Beat me up until i spit the words out?
- Sonoko was a bit scared.
Ran: Sonoko! It's okay. Let's go now.
Sonoko: Hmph. Well Conan-kun or should I say Kudo Shinichi!
- Conan was surprised, along with Haibara.
Conan: Wait a minute, I'm not Shinichi-niichan.
Ran: Sonoko!
Sonoko: Well then, explain why did you appear when Shinichi-kin disappeared?
Conan: I was living at Hakase's house, before he was gone.
Sonoko: Okay, what about this girl! She acts like a grown up.
Haibara looked at her annoyed.
Haibara: It's my personality.
Sonoko: Oh really, Sherry?
Haibara blinked twice to confirm that is she was seeing and hearing things or it was real.
Ran: Sonoko, let's leave
Sonoko: What now, Sherry?
Haibara: Stop.
Sonoko: Huh?
Haibara: I SAID STOP!
Conan: Haibara...
-Sonoko was surprised.
Haibara: Sherry, code name of my beloved sister, who is dead now. They killed her.
Sonoko: I'm sorry.
Haibara: Are you happy now? And about Gin, he is my sisters husband.
Ran: Ai-chan...
-Haibara left. Conan followed her behind. Sonoko still couldn't process what Haibara said.
Ran: Come on, let's go. Enough for today Sonoko!
Sonoko: Okay- They left and went to the living room.
Conan: Nice acting Haibara- He said to Haibara.
Haibara: If I didn't lie. Both of us would be on big trouble.
Conan: We need to be more careful next time.
Haibara: At least, let's put some traps.
Conan: Baka!
-Haibara smiled and left Conan, she went to the detective boys group.
Conan to himself: But how did Sonoko find facts about me and Haibara.
-Flashback-
Sonoko: Let's check his messages with that weird girl, Haibara.
Ran: No! It's private.
-Flashback ended-
Conan to himself: Now I know. Baka! Why didn't I delete my messages.
- Conan started deleting all of his messages.
Conan: Alright! Done.
