The week went fast then expected. It was already Friday and Jack asked Hiccup if he wanted to hang.
After school, Hiccup told his father that he was going over to Jack's for a bit.
They get to his house and they decide to play video games for next two and a half hours.
I did not realize that I had stayed for so long so I just told my dad that I was staying. We stayed up for awhile and I told him about my leg.
"So, what do you got hidden under your pant leg there?" he asked me.
"Well, I lost my leg and now I have this this thing."
"Wow..." he said "how did you lose it?"
Well, my last house caught on fire and I past out, due to the smoke, and my leg was burned off. But I could have died if my dog Toothless didn't save me, so Toothless is basically my hero." I said trying not to cry.
"I'm sorry, did you lose most of your stuff?" he said with a sad look in his eye.
"Yeah, I lost so of my cloths, but all my pictures and stuff were fine."
"Good, clothes you can replace, but memories you can't."
"Quote of the day." Hiccup said playfully
Jack just smiled and looked down.
They were both asleep pretty fast. Hiccup the first to fall asleep. Jack just starred at him for awhile until he fell asleep too.
In the morning, Hiccup woke up to Jack cuddling his torso. He almost freaked out but did not want to disturb the sleeping Frost. When he saw the arms around him, he felt something in his chest. It felt like his heart was going to explode
Something about him around him made him feel good.
Sometime later when Jack woke up, he freaked when he woke up around the small torso of Hiccup's.
"DUDE!!! I'm so sorry, I did not mean to do that." Jack said in panic and shock.
"No you're fine, I did not want to wake you up." Hiccup said calmly.
"Well, if it was uncomfortable for you, you could have just woke me up."
"No, you looked so peaceful... and I did not want to wake you."
Hiccup tried to look away from Jack but his their eyes met and neither of them could look away.
Jack tried to look away but he was feeling that same feeling he felt when he first saw Hiccup, he just didn't know what that feeling was yet.
Jack broke from the stare and asked Hiccup if he wanted breakfast.
It was not particularly bright today, in fact, it was raining so hard you could hear the rain on the roof from the basement.
"Again dude, I'm sorry." Jack said.
"You're fine."
