Liam: Your doorbell rings, and you swing it open, revealing a smiling, a dapper Liam, carrying a beautiful bouquet of pink roses. You blush a bit and thank him, asking what they’re for. “do you not like them? I can-” he panics a bit but you giggle and place a hand on his shoulder. “I love them Liam, thank you” you smile and his face softens, taking your hand and pulling you out the door, pressing a kiss to your scarlet cheek. Great start to your first date.
Zayn: Tears flow freely from his eyes, isolated from paparazzi and the rest of the boys now, alone in the cemetery. It’s been two weeks, and he hasn’t once visited your grave, overwhelmed by grief. Now for the first time, he sets down the orchids on the still freshly upturned dirt next to your headstone. He knows purple is your favorite color, paying attention to detail was something you’d always loved about him. He sank to his knee then, overcome by emotion and the final realization that his one true love was really gone.
Louis: You glanced up from as the music played, the white fabric trailing gracefully behind you, but only one person in your sight. The man at the alter; Louis. The whole church is adorned in blue and white petals, both of your favorite colors. The train of your gown collecting the baby blue, delicate petals on the floor, some weaved into your veil, and hundreds in the hands of the other boys and your bridesmaids. But soon, all thoughts of the flowers are forgotten, as Louis, your so-soon-to-be husband takes your hands.
Niall: Sat in your room, you lay on your stomach on the bed, writing out formulas for your trigonometry report. You sighed to yourself, saddened by the thought of not attending your senior prom. Suddenly, something hits your window; you glance over but see nothing so think nothing of it. Then the sound occurs again, you go to the window, only to find your best friend and long-time crush, Niall, with a tied bouquet of red carnations, looking fit in a black and white suit. “Y/N!” he yells over the traffic passing your home, “get dressed! I’m taking you to prom!”
Harry: “Happy Valentine’s day love, so sorry I couldn’t be there but I love you and I hope these will do until I see you over Spring Break” read the note attached to the magnificent bouquet of red and white roses at your doorstep on Valentine’s Day. After giving him a call, he explained that he really really tried to get back home to you for Valentine’s Day but the boys had a concert and that he knew the flowers didn’t make up for it. You just laughed and reminded him that work is more important and it’s the thought that counts, glad that you had such a caring and thoughtful boyfriend.
