Isaiah reached for Brooke and she went to him. She laid down on his chest and sucked on her pacifier. I smiled and set Blaire on the floor. I walked upstairs into Ella's room and seen her just laying there. I picked her up and changed her diaper. I took her downstairs and set her in her seat.
"The food is ready go wash yo hands" Tasha, Isaiah's mom yelled. We walked in the kitchen. Isaiah got some booster seats out of the closet and set the twins in them. I gave Ella a bottle and we all sat down.
"Mom this is Layla and these are my daughters Brooke and Blaire there one" Isaiah said once we all got settled. She looked at him for a minute.
"How you feel" she asked looking at her plate.
"Well I am happy ma" he said.
"I ain't talking about you. You" she said pointing to me. I looked at her then Isaiah.
"I support him 100%" I said smiling.
"Aight then" she said. She got up and went to her room. Then somebody knocked on the door.
"I'll get it you put up the dishes" I said. I walked the the door to see Crissy, my ex bestie and her daughter.
"Where is Isaiah" she asked.
"With his baby momma" I said.
"Baby momma?" she asked.
"Yep twin girls" I said.
"What about you" she asked.
"Well hopefully he still will think about me" I said.
"Girl can you watch her till ten or tell Isaiah to cuz I got to go to work" she asked.
"Sure" I said.
