Chapter 9+Christmas Special!

It was early in the day and everyone was with their family.

Except a certain pair.

Neptune was home alone watching chessy movies and she would often glare at some parts till she turned it off.

Meanwhile, Karma was at him home alone as well but on his phone.

Neptune stood up and got her phone. She got many text from her classmate about having a wonderful day. But how could she when she was alone in her apartment. Her parents were no longer around and the last time she saw them was before she turned into the monster she is now.

She sigh and went into the kitchen to get a snack when she got another message. She looked down at her phone to find Karma had texted.

Karma: Hey I'm bored!!!

She rolled her eyes at the message and replied,

Neptune: ya I can tell. I'm just watching chessy Christmas movies

Karma: with your parents?

Neptune: no. My parents are no longer in my life

Karma: then come over. My parents are overseas.

Neptune: ok I'll be over in 10

Neptune went to her room to get dressed in something warm. She looked at the small gift on her desk and grabbed it, stuffing it into her pocket and went to Karma place.

The trip was short since they lived only 5 minutes away.

Neptune knocked on her door and waited. The door opened and Karma smiled at the petite female. "Yay! Your here!"

"Of course moron. I had nothing else to do." She said and karma stepped aside to let her in. "Why is it so cold in here?!" Karma shrugged.

"Not that cold to me." He said and Neptune took off her shoes and her cost. Even if it were cold, she could steal his blanket.

The pair climbed up the stairs to his bedroom and she sat down on the bed. The pair talked, joked around, and watched movies throughout the day.

Neptune was wrapped in Karma blankets and she was sitting against the wall.

"Your still cold?"

"Yes! Turn on a heater or something."

"But that wouldn't be fun." He smirked and Neptune groan and fell to the side on his bed.

"Your something." "I'm Karma." Neptune rolled her eyes. "Who know Karma birthday is today."

"Eh? How'd you know?"

"You told me."

"I did?" Neptune sat up and sigh. "Your an idiot." She mumbled and Karma laid down. She looked down at him and he smirked. She raised a brow and he pointed up. She looked up to see mistletoe above the bed. She glared at him.

"You planned this."

"I don't know what your talking about. Now about that kiss." He said and smirked. Heat spread across her face and she leaned down and pecked his lips but Karma pulled her back in. Neptune blushed furiously and when Karma let her go she jumped up.

"Karma!!" He laughed at her adorable expression.

"What?" He sat up and looked at her flushed face. He smiled and he cupped her cheek. She squealed.

"Y-Your hands are cold." She said and grabbed ahold of his freezing hand and pulled it away from her warm, red cheeks.

"Your adorable, one of the reason I love you!"

"A-As best friends?"

"No, more." His answer made her look down. He was being so confident.

"K-Karma... I.." She paused. "T-Te amo..." She mumbled.

"What?"

"Spanish for.. I l-Love you." She said and kept her gaze at her hands that held Karma hand. Karma lifted her chin and her expression was adorable. Her face was flushed red, and she looked so innocent. He couldn't help but smile at her and Karma locked fingers with her.

"You wanna be my girlfriend?" Neptune had no words so she nodded. "We're still under the mistletoe~" she blushed more, if it were possible, as karma leaned in and planted a kiss on her lips.

Once they pulled away, Neptune buried her face in her hands. Karma laughed,

"Best Christmas and Birthday ever."
