"Guys I need some advice" I said, walking into the hotel room me and the boys always share whenever we're in London.

"What's up?"

"Well, you know, I just sorta realised that I um, I like Charlotte?"

"George mate that's awesome! Are you gonna tell her?" Reece grinned.

"Well yeah that's kind of the idea. But how?"

"Oh I've got the best idea ever!" Blake said. "We're going to LA next week and Joe said we can bring someone if we want yeah? Why not take Charlotte and tell her when we're away?"

"I can't do that Blake! I would ask her but she probably wouldn't want to come! Plus we barely know her"

"Now you're making up excuses mate. We all know her inside-out and you know her best. How often do you two talk?"

"Almost everyday?"

"Exactly. George you probably know the girl better than she knows herself by now. So, you gonna do it or not?" Blake questioned.

"I guess I'm doing it" I said with a small smile. "I'll text her and ask to meet so I can talk to her about it"

"Get her to bring Mikaela too!" Reece said.

"Yeah okay" I said and went into my phone, adding a new text to Charlotte.

Hey Char, just wondering if we could meet up today? Got something really important to ask you xx oh and Reece wants Mikaela to come too xx

Hey George, yeah sure we can meet up today! How does 12:30 at Starbucks sound? xx and of course she'll come too, she can't stay away from Reece lol xx

Sounds cool, see you there xxx

"Reece we're meeting the girls at 12:30" I told him.

I wonder what will happen when I tell her I like her. Will she like me back? Will she run for the hills? Who knows...

"George!" Charlotte said as me and Reece got to their table at Starbucks.

She got up and hugged me tightly, her familiar scent on strawberries filling my nostrils as I hugged her back.

"I missed you" she whispered, kissing my cheek softly before sitting down.

I felt my cheeks burning a little as I took off my jacket and sat down. It was only then that I realised Reece and Mikaela had went to their own table, leaving me and Charlotte alone to talk.

"So how've you been? What's been happening?" I asked.

"I've been alright" she smiled. "how have you been? Busy with song writing im guessing?"

"Yeah, been pretty busy working on some songs" I said, the anticipation to ask her about LA starting to get to me. "Char I need to ask you something now, I'm gonna burst if I don't"
