The Unexpected visit

"The boss is coming up the stairs. make sure everything is in place. Georgina get her that latte", Elise, Anaya's PA announced through the megaphone. It was always hectic after the weekends for the Garcia Hotels HQ. 

"Shit! I'm late", Anaya hissed as she rushed into the elevator. She was never late. As she speed walked through the office, greeted with multiple hellos, she reached her office.

"Good Morning Miss Garcia. Did you have nice weekend?", Elise chirped. Anaya rushed around her office knowing that there would be many visits to office today.

"Morning Elise, I had the usual weekend. You know me always trying to keep ahead of the work. Also how many times do I have to tell you to call me Anaya. Honestly Elise, you really are something", Anaya chuckled.

"Sorry Anaya, it's become a habit. So today we have meeting with the Japan headquarters about the effects of the changes made recently at 10am. Then you have conference with the Marketing team at 11am. After lunch, there will be a few people you must interview for the company to be promoted and replace Mark Fisher from HR at 2pm till 4pm. Then, I believe you have the rest of the day to yourself. Please don't work to hard Anaya, you know your mom doesn't like it", Elise continued.

"I always forget you're my godmother till you give me the mother speech", Anaya joked.

"Ha ha very funny missy. Now get to work", she called from behind the door.

It was only 8am and she had her first meeting at 10. She began working on her report for the 11am meeting so she was ahead. this was something she tended to do because it helped her keep on top of things and keep her sanity. She never was the unorganised type. in fact she was the complete opposite, clean freak, highly organised and always on time. She really was the perfect worker.

As the day went on and all the meetings were complete, the time to leave was approaching but seeing as Anaya was ahead with her work she decided to pack up early and head home. Just as she was picking up her bag to leave, there was a knock to her door.

"Come in"

"Anaya, a man called Mr Jones would like to see you but he doesn't have an appointment. Should I send him, he said he wouldn't take long", Elise announced.

"Umm, sure send him in", Anaya replied tiredly.

As her door opened slowly, she saw a tall figure walk in with his head down. He looked up and she met the most beautiful shade of blue coloured eyes. They remained silent and he continued to walk up to her desk. It seemed liked the science consumed them forever. One of them had to break it. Who would it be? Who was this man?

Hello my lovelies,

Please don't be angry. I promised this chapter I think 2 days ago, but I haven't been very well.  So sorry guys. That will not happen again.

Anyway I'm on 3 reads.

Maybe this was a bad idea. oh well these things happen. Hopefully something may just happen for me.
