Niall's POV
Today Kristen and I have surgery.. same hour.. same day. The doctors have a cure for both her cancers and I have knee surgery. hers will take over three hours and she won't wake up for over 24 hours..
We are getting ready for surgery and Kristen and I have the next five minutes together..
"Babe, if anything happens to me.. I love you more than anything. You are my life." I cry to her. It's too emotional for us..
"That will never happen because I am probably the one that is going to leave.. Niall thank you so much for being the perfect boyfriend and my one and only cuddle buddy... I love you." I kissed her head and held her hand. The doctor comes in and takes Kristen.. my heart died inside.. What if she's right? I need to snap out of this! She will make it!
I get picked up by the doctor and he told me to think of people I love and he gave me this medicine that made me sleepy..
~the dream~
"Do you Kristen take Niall James Horan as your lawful wedded husband?"
"I do.. but I made my own speech thing." I laugh when she says thing at the end because sometimes she doesn't really know what it is.
"Niall. I love you more than anyone. you have always stayed there for me. Even when I tried to leave you wouldn't let me.. Your my one and only..I love you." she kissed my lips and I noticed I was crying..
"And do you Niall James Horan take Kristen as your lawful wedded wife?"
"I do. and I also have my own speech thing.." my hands are shaking and I am worried I will mess up.. I clear my throat.
"Kristen. You are the love of my life. I thought you didn't like me but when we started dating we clicked.. I knew you were the one. Your my life. Your my everything. I love you.." she's crying and I wipe her tears away. I love her.
"I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride!" I did a salsa dip and kissed her passionately. Louis of course said to get a room. I love that the guys are supportive.

I woke up with a smile on my face.. that was the best dream ever. I have to have a wheelchair and I go to Kristen's room. She is done with surgery and the doctor told me she will wake up in an hour or two. all I do is look at how beautiful she is..
"Kristen.. I hope this worked.. I know we are in Hawaii and we are staying here longer. I love you with all my heart." I wiped the tears away from my eyes and kissed her forehead.
"I love you babe."
"I love you, too.." her eyes opened and her hand squeezed mine.
"This may not be something that you pictured but.." I got out of my wheelchair and got down on one knee.. ( which hurt because my knee is stupid..)"will you marry me?"
