Self-Harm

I unintentionally hurt myself in the strangest situations. For instance, when I go to brush my teeth I see a bloody scratch at my head in the mirror. Or that one time when I got two random cuts on both my hands. I also happen to get bruises on my legs somehow even if I don't remember bumping into anything.

I don't consciously cut myself because I do not like the annoyance of pain every time I move. It just irritates me to feel a mild sting or just scratching away at a scab to reveal the healed skin underneath it. I don't find it necessary to even pierce yourself with a needle.

The lesson of all this is to never hurt yourself. You are a fragile but strong temple made to become something even greater. Take these words with heed. I can assure you, you can make it.
