---(Y/N)'s POV---
I silently took in the smell of the jacket. It didn't smell awful, but it certainly hadn't been washed in a while. I shifted my feet uncomfortably, feeling Sans gaze still on me. My eyes scanned the room, taking in every little detail. A small spider web in the corner, a- is that a scraping sound? I looked at Sans in question, but he was walking upstairs. Slippers. His slippers. His slippers looked like bird claws, but of course, in the form of slippers. They scratched against the wooden steps as Sans headed up the staircase. Ugh, I hate the noise! I was about to say something when the door behind me flung open with a loud THUD. It sounded like someone had kicked the door open, or rammed against it. I felt my breath hitch and I turned around, expecting to see...Honestly, I don't know. There, standing in the doorway, was another skeleton. This one was much taller, and besides the skeleton part, he didn't look much like Sans. He had the purest of dove wings and tail, and his smile was full of energy, caring, and innocence. He had a tan cloak with the hood up, which seemed to flow behind him in an imaginary wind. He wore some sort of armor, though it didn't seem like it would protect all too much. He had tall slim boots on, and bird claws seemed to attach to them as well. His goggles rested over his eyes, and they had a yellow tint to them and some snow was still on them.
"SANS YOU LAZYBON-" He quickly cut off when he spotted me. "...SANS?!" Sans had already made it to his room, and he stuck his head out the door.
"Yeah bro?"
"WHO IS THIS?!" The tall skeleton asked, picking me up and holding me in the air for Sans to see. I flapped my wings franticly, not liking the way the skeleton was holding me so tightly. Unfortunately, it was to no aid. His grip tightened as so I could not escape. Sans flapped his dark raven wings and landed in front of us.
"That's (Y/N), she's a friend. (Y/N), this is my bro Papyrus. Isn't he cool?"
"I would LOVE it if he put me down." I snap sharply. I can't help it, I just hated the way I was being held in the air like a doll. Sans seemed to flinch at the word 'love' and the way I had said it. Instead of putting me down, Papyrus spun me around and examined me. The now held me with one hand and he poked at me. His gloved hand brushed my wing and it sent shivers down my spine. I heard Sans low chuckle behind me. Papyrus nodded and put my back on the ground. I shot him a glare, and turned to Sans prepared to shoot him an equal look when I saw his expression. It seemed dark, and his stare itself seemed like a threat. Papyrus didn't seem to notice this, and her spoke in his loud cheery voice.
"I SHALL GO MAKE SOME SPAGHETTI FOR OUR GUEST!" Papyrus ran off, and I heard metal clanking and the sound of cabinets opening. I blinked. Everything was happening WAY too fast for my liking, and I went to sit on the couch. Sans walked over to me and sat on the opposite end of the couch, the previous dark look had already faded away. He chuckled, looking at me, his eyesockets giving no hint of what he could be thinking.
"Here's a little hint, don't eat that spaghetti. Just give it to me and I'll take care of it." I tilted my head to the side a bit.
"Why shouldn't I eat it? Is it like- undercooked or something?"
"It's just not edible in general." His grin seemed to expand.
"Pft, okay." My smile returned to my face. I hadn't even realized it had left.
After a VERY short time, Papyrus came into the room holding two plates of spaghetti, one plate balanced on one wing, and the other plate on the other wing. His wing extended and he slid a plate onto my lap, and did the same for Sans. He seemed proud, and he looked down at us.
"I WILL BE BACK, I MUST GO RECALIBRATE MY PUZZLES." He said, and sped out the door. I grinned and looked at Sans, handing him my plate. He was staring off into space, and I snapped a finger in front of his face.
"Earth to Sans, are you there?" Sans shook his head and seemed to come back to reality.
"U-uh, yeah. Do me a favor and close your eyes, kiddo." I thought this was a strange request, but I pushed away my questions and closed my eyes. I heard a snapping sound and a sigh.
"Alright kid, you can open your eyes." I opened them to see the plates had disappeared. I must've had a weird expression on my face at this because Sans gave another chuckle. "Now, you wanna go get some real food at Grillbys?" He asked and stood up. I blinked.
"What's Grillbys?" I asked, standing up as well.
"Only the best restaurant in the entire underground." Sans answered instantly. I smiled to myself and messed with my new jacket. "Follow me." Sans said, and walked out the door. I followed, my wings flapping slightly.
---Sans POV---
I would have teleported or flew to Grillbys, but I wanted to get to know (Y/N) a little bit. It's not like she'll be leaving the underground anytime soon... I thought darkly to myself as I slowly walked to Grillbys, (Y/N) by my side. "...So..." I started awkwardly. "How did you fall down?" I ask stupidly. Shit. Great going Sans... (Y/N) wasn't acting like she wanted to answer that question, so I let it slide. "Nevermind. Anyways, what kind of wings are yours? I-I mean, what bird wings are they?" I inwardly cringed but I kept walking. (Y/N) shrugged.
"Actually, I don't know. They're just bird wings." I nodded. She didn't say anymore, so I didn't either. We finally made it to Grillbys after what seemed like an eternity. I walked in and was instantly greeted by all the monsters there. I nodded slightly at them for my greeting and sat down on a stool in front of the bar. (Y/N) sat down on the stool next to me and I chuckled to myself as I saw her expression when Grillby walked up. Grillby, like everyone in this underground, had wings. His wings were made of pure flame, and they looked like phoenix wings. Quite a sight for new eyes.
"I'll just have ketchup Grillbz." Grillby nodded and turned to (Y/N) to take her order. I saw a flash of panic in her (E/C) eyes before she spoke.
"Just fries please."I'm sorry for the awful chapter, but I will try and update soon! Have a musical day!
