Hello my dears! I know this is a million years late, and I am so sorry. I've been improving a lot and I've learned a lot more about writing! So I hope you enjoy this long overdue chapter. Also ew it's short, I'm just getting back into the swing of  things I swear.

-------

I appeared at the door, huffing a bit. I was going to fly back to where I last saw Papyrus, but I figured that he would have gone home by now.

The door then swung open, and Papyrus snatched me up in a suffocating hug.

"HUMAN!! YOU'RE BETTER NOW, RIGHT??"

I pushed myself out of his grip, sputtering. "Yes, I'm alright now...Jus' had low bloo- magic sugar."

Papyrus nodded understandably. Sans squeezed out from behind Papyrus (who had been blocking the doorway). He looked you up and down, a worried expression on his face.

"Kid, you sure you're okay? You might need to lie down for a bit..." He gently grabbed you and ushered you inside to the couch, making you sit down.

"I'm fine I'm fine!"

"Maybe you should lie dow-"

"I said I'm fine!" I snapped. Sans flinched, but I didn't apologize. For one, I'm not a baby and two, I know when I'm fine! I snatched up my Monster History book once more and moodily opened it and started fake-reading. There was an awkward silence for a bit, with Papyrus and Sans looking from me to each other. I didn't look, but I heard a click-click get farther and farther away and I assumed that Papyrus went into to kitchen. I felt the weight of the couch shift and I heard the thud-click-thud-click as (I'm assuming Sans) lumbered up the stairs.

Yeesh, okay. That was awkward...

I suddenly feel too uncomfortable in my own skin. I move around on the couch, trying to see if it's just the way I'm sitting. Nope. I consider going outside, but I don't really want to go out and be active. I also consider reading, but I know I'm too unfocused. I glance over to the TV.

Hm. Why not?

I get up and grab the remote that is resting on the TV stand. As I sit back down, I observe the remote. It's strange, and all the buttons look disorganized and are in technicolor. Muttering to myself, I press the vivid pink button that's in the top left corner. The TV buzzes for a moment before turning on. At first there is no sound, but out of nowhere sound is blasting so loud anyone could go deaf. Papyrus bolted in the room and snatched the remote, slamming buttons. Now the sound is a decent volume. We both sigh in relief and Papyrus "neyh's" back into the kitchen. I was going to ask if he was making something, but a bit of the awkward air still floated around. I turned my attention to the screen, where something seemed be happening. Smoke floated around a stage, and two spotlights were pointed on a figure in the middle of it. It was completely covered in black feathers, and it seemed to be crouched down. I narrowed my eyes to see what it was. The music in the background was slowly picking up...the creature began to stir...and then BAM! Lights went on, the music exploded into a fabulous, harmonic symphony and a tall, sparkly robot stood, cloaked in a long black feathery cloak. The robot threw off the cloak and the next loudest beat, revealing large, hot pink and streaked with black wings. The robot itself was pink and black. Actually, everything was pink and black. It was a little overwhelming. The robot introduced himself as Mettaton, his voice low and smooth.

I stare wide-eyed, and my finger finds the pink button again and the TV shuts off.

"I..." I am at loss for words.

I decide to just lay down on the couch, stare at the ceiling, and do nothing so that my eyes can recover.
