Grayson's POV:

I pull into the ice cream parlor and park the car. I reach back and tap Blair on her leg.

She wakes up and says, "Where are we?"

"We're getting ice cream."

"Really?" she says all giddy.

"Yu-," She races out of the car and falls on the ground, interrupting my sentence.

I burst out in laughter and get out of the car to help her up. I put my hand out and she grabs it gladly.

"Thanks," she smiles.

We walk inside the shop and order. I order cotton candy ice cream and Blair orders a vanilla cone. I take out a 20 dollar bill and pay for both of us.

"No I got it," she says pulling out her wallet.

"It's fine B."

"You sure?" she asks.

"Positive."

I got my change and we walked out of the shop, holding hands.

We got to my car and I pushed her up against it. My hand pressed against her shoulder.

"Grayson," She laughed. "Can we just go home?"

"Okay fine," I say smile, letting her out of my grip.

"Alright."

We got into the car and she pulled off. She said, "I misjudged you Gray."

"What do you mean?"

"I think you're pretty cool," she paused. "That, and I thought your dick was always microscopic."

"Well you thought wrong," I smirked.

She laughed and averted her eyes to the road. We approached the neighborhood and she dialed in the code to open the gate. She drives through to her house and parks the car in the driveway.

I get out of the car and so does she, locking the it and she slams the door shut. She walks up the path leading leading her doorstep and opens it as I trail behind her.

"Blair!" Her mom yells.

"Hi," she yelled back.

"Where the hell have you been for 3 hours?"

"Grayson and I just went to the beach. It's chill, mom."

"Okay," she sighs. "Well your mom left, Gray. But you're welcome to stay if you'd like."

"I have to get going, actually. But, thank you Mrs. Alessi. Bye!"

"Bye," she waved to me as I walked out the door.

Just as I was walking down the driveway, I heard the door open from behind. Blair stumbled out the door to kiss me.

"I just realized that I never said bye, even though I'll see you all the time," she said laughing. "So, see ya."

"Bye, Blair," I smiled.

I walked about 10 houses down the block until I got to mine. I stepped inside the house and ran up to my room with a smile. I was surprised that my mom didn't even acknowledge me.
