Chapter 16 Detective Work

Itona's pov.

I was blindfolded and I can't see a damn thing. What can I do to get away from this? "Itona, are you still awake?" Asano asked quietly. Not this traitor again. I'm so pissed at him. I can't even talked to him right now. "I know I'm being a dick and all but I will end this. I promise."

I felt like I was inside a car. No wait, I tried to touch my surroundings when I accidentally touched Asano's hand. Why him of all people? "I knew you were still awake." Asano chuckled. "Shut up traitor. Why would I talk to you anyway?!" I hissed at him. "Because you would forgive me later." Asano snickered. This doesn't feel right at all. Suddenly the vehicle stopped which made me fall to my sitting position. Asano helped me get up and suddenly escorts me to somewhere I don't know.

"Asano, where are you bringing that prisoner?" "Officer Greg, I'm escorting him to the prison cell. Takaoka's orders." Asano explained. "Very well.... What's his name?" The so called Officer Greg said. "Um what sir? I need to bring him to the prison cell. Takaoka's orders duh." "Asano! I'm your officer! I want to know his name and that's an order." Officer Greg commanded loudly.

"Well... His... Unidentified, sir." What is going on? Why is Asano lying to him? "Unidentified..... I will help you escort him to the prison cell. I want to know more about this kid." Officer Greg chuckled.

This Officer Greg is up to no good. I just know it. We were walking, Asano at my side and Officer Greg is behind me. I know cause I can hear him breathing at my back. I felt someone touched me when I quickly use my reflexes and kick the guy from behind. Asano saw this and quickly removed my blindfold.

"What are you doing, Itona!?" Asano scolded me. "What do you mean by what I was doing. That pervert touched me. I felt it! Okay!" I glared at Officer Greg. "What?!" Asano shouted.

"Stupid kid! You think your strong and migh-" "Shut the fuck up!" Asano punched the guy on the face and I think his unconscious. What is going on?!

"You think you can just touch someone like that. You asshole." Asano said while getting the key from his pocket. "Asano! What the fuck is going on?" I asked confusedly. "I'll explain this in just 5 words okay." "5 words?" I asked again.

"I'm from the Police Force."

Wha- What?! "Wait so... Your... A police?!" "Detective, Itona. I'm not here to work with Takaoka dummy. I'm here to end his crimes."

"Wait, So all those adventures with Nagisa. Was your planned to get yourself involve with a most dangerous man in Japan. So you can capture him. This is so unacceptable." I sigh while rubbing my forehead. "Yeah I know. I played you all but come on. It's my job you know." "I know that but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about how Nagisa and I played with the kunugigaoka organization. They will flip out once they know that we have a police officer with us all this time."

"Oh... I'm sorry." Asano apologize. "What do we do now?" I asked. "We go get Karma and save Nagisa. That's our plan." "That's it. How are you going to capture Takaoka if that's just your plan?" "I called a back up." "You did what?!" I shouted. "The sooner we capture Takaoka the better." Asano sigh. "Then let's, move right away. Where is Karma?"

"In the prison cell but with security guards and laser beams as jail bars." Asano explained. "Laser beams as jail bars. That's pretty awesome. I might suggest that to Koro-sensei." "Who is Koro-sensei?" Asano asked. "You'll meet him one day." I giggled.

Asano's pov.

We sneak in every corner to go to the prison cell when we suddenly saw two bodyguards guarding the front cell. "What do we do now?" Itona asked. "We kick their ass that's what we're gonna do." I snickered. "I don't know if your making the right choices right now." Itona sigh. Me and Itona took down two of the bodyguards and had access to the cell. The laser beams went off and we saw Karma being restrain with handcuff that has mechanical passwords and fingerprint access.

"Heh! Too easy." I smirked. "Asano." Karma growled. "Easy bro, were here to save Nagisa and also capture Takaoka. You should thank me later." "Asano..... You bastard..... I will never forgive you....." Karma whispered. Is it just me or is Karma having a hard time breathing. "Karma, are you alright?" I asked. "......"

"What's going on? We have to hurry up Asano." Itona shouted. "Something is wrong with Karma!" "What?!" I checked everything around him and notice a strange tube on his handcuff. "Shit! They're trying to poison Karma!" I panicked. "What! Quick! Remove those handcuffs. We have to find an antidote." Itona said while helping me remove the handcuff.

"Karma, hang in there." "Fuck.... You... Bitch.... Cough!" Karma coughed while spitting blood. Oh no, this can't be good. "Hey you! What are you doing there? That's off limits." A bodyguard appeared. Shit! Now we have to deal with this motherfuckers. Itona suddenly took a gun from the knock out bodyguards and shoot the crap out of those motherfuckers. "Go! I'll cover you." Itona said while shooting at other bodyguards.

I carried Karma with one arm and Itona followed me to the infirmary room, where the antidote is. We made out alive but we still have to cure Karma's poison. "Everything will be fine. We just have to close the door." I puffed on exhaustion. "Just *pant* take that *pant* rod over there. So that we can *pant* close this god damn door." Itona puffed.

I quickly took the rod and close the door with it. I was really exhausted but this isn't over yet. Karma still have to take that antidote. "Itona, help me find that antidote." I puffed once more and carried myself up. "Okay."

We search for every shelves and it's full of antibiotics and any other medicines that can help from sickness or stomachaches. Then we finally retrieve the antidote. "Karma, take the antidote now." "Why.... Do you... Want me.... Back?" Karma coughed.

"..... Because I'm your brother and Nagisa needs you right now. I know Nagisa wouldn't dare to like me back but I don't want Nagisa to get hurt by the hands of a pervert. He needs you more, than me."
