Finding The Night

Chapter 2

The sun shown through the window of my house and I got up to stretch.
Sky was already up and very excited.

"Zecora said we would be fine, so don't worry Moon." I sighed and combed out my mane and tail

"Well time to go to Zecoras, remember Sky that we stay together at all times."

"I know, I know. Now lets go!"

We flew of to Zecoras hut and I left Star with her.

"Okay, so Zecora said that when we get out of the forest, we just need to go down the other road and we'll will find the school." Sky said

We walked down the road and when we started to get out of the dense forest it bacame a bit colder. I wraped my wings around Sky and his wings wraped around me.

"My hooves are getting sore, can we just fly?"

"Its colder in the air, but we can warm up if the fly. I think we should have worn our clokes."
We flew up into the sky and though it was cold, I felt a bit warmer.

"I'm scared, what if the others bully us, because of our wings again and we still don't have our cutie marks."

"Zecora said we will be the oldest in the class, but she said these ponys are very nice. Remember those 3 ponys that sometimes come to help Zecora, they come to this school. "

"Oh, come on I see the school!" I said

We flew down and we landed on the side of the school wall,

"Im suprised no one saw us." Sky said

I stretched my wings, "I wish we could have slept more. We still have maybe 15-20 minutes." I said
I leaned on the wall and wraped myself in my wings, Sky did the same.
My wings were probably 3 times bigger than my body. Same for Sky.

"7 minutes everypony!" I heard the teacher say.

We got up and walker over to the front, a few ponys were already in the classroom. So we walked in and I looked around. Small arts and crafts were all around us with two desks connected to each section. The bell rung and the rest of the ponys can in.
The teacher than came over to us and said,

"Hello you must be the two filly Zecora talked about, I'm Cheerilee your teacher." She said

"Students, we have two new filly. Please introduce yourselver." Ms.Cheerilee said. The ponys than looked at me and Sky, so I took I small step back.

"He I'm Skyline and this is my twin sister Moonlight." Sky said, we waved and we folded our wings tighter to our sides.

"Any questions?" I asked. Wow dumb move there, I thought. A few ponys lifted their hooves.

"You there." I said pointing to a pony.

"Can we see your wings?" She asked

Sky tensed but we spread out a little and I spread my wings, giving them a little screach. I heard a few 'cools' and 'wows' from the ponys. Sky also spread his wings and ours over laped a little.

The teacher than told us to sit over in the back and she started a lesson on Ponyvilles newer history.
