Damon sighs. "I need a drink." Klaus walks with him and watches him pour a drink for himself. This whole situation is weird. Kol is back from the dead and Klaus is stuck with Damon. These two things must be connected somehow but Klaus doesn't rule out the option that the love triangle called Damon, Stefan and Elena is planning something. Something where they need him on the sideline instead of in the game as usual. Klaus is determined to get to the bottom of this. "Grab your purse, we're leaving." Klaus doesn't give Damon the time to grab anything, let alone his purse, and walks to the door. Damon quickly follows him, not even able to finish his drink. He's just on time with placing his glass on the table, before feeling the burning pain of the bond, pulling him towards Klaus. "Give me your keys." Klaus demands. "No, I'm driving, it's my car." Klaus sighs. "You don't even know where we are going." Damon thinks about that for a moment and surrenders. "Fine." He doesn't sound very happy. He throws his keys to Klaus and gets in the car. Klaus smiles because of this little victory and gets behind the wheel.
After a lot of radio argues and little fights in the car, they get to their destination. "Where the hell are we?" asks Damon and he slams the door shut. Klaus doesn't wait for Damon and just leaves him on that road with a confused look on his face. When Klaus can't walk any further he starts to get angry again. "Just follow me, Damon." He orders without even looking at Damon. This search is going to take a while if they continue like this. "I will if you tell me where we are." Damon is not going to let this go, Klaus is not going to answer. Klaus walks back to where Damon stands. "We are on a road in the middle of nowhere. Oh, and there are trees. Now follow me or we are never going to find Kol!" He started with a sarcastic tone but ended up shouting the last sentence, not able to be patient for much longer. "Fine, lead the way then." Klaus continues his way with Damon not far behind this time.
Not far from the road they reach a pond with a wooden cabin across from where they are standing. There Kol is, throwing rocks at harmless ducks. "Just as I thought. Still as unimaginative as usual." says Klaus, proud of himself. Kol turns around when he hears a familiar voice, not that he didn't know they were there though. "I see you two haven't killed each other yet." Kol says with a grin. "Well, I think I should get you a reward for that. You took pretty long getting here, though." Damon steps from behind Klaus. "Now why don't you tell us what the deal is with this bonding spell?"
